Location and views the apartment offered were excellent. Pierre was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.Note: if you rent a vehicle for your stay, the assigned parking space is very small, so having a bigger vehicle makes it challenging to park in the space.Will definitely stay here again.

A great place for our family to stay to explore Nice and surrounding areas. Right by a tram stop and shops, and afew minutes walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Very friendly host.

This apartment in Nice was absolutely fantastic! There was so much space and having a 2nd bathroom was so nice! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and having the tram right outside the door made getting everywhere super easy!Check in and check out was super easy and Pierre was really great at communicating and very flexible with our travel times. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that we could take the team into the historic section but could also come home to a quiet place. We already miss looking out at the sea and hope to return next year! Thank you Pierre!

Amazing location on promenade de Anglais. Beautiful views. Tram at door step and bus stop close by. Clean and spacious. Host Pierre was responsive, answering questions and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Vacation

Very nice residence clean convenient to getting around southern France, Monaco and Italy. Neighborhood was a little loud at night with traffic noise. Host was wonderful and very accommodating.

Great location with an amazing view!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment! The host was a great communicator and the beds were comfortable! The apartment is close to the tram which made it easy to get around! I would definitely book this place again!!

Great place and great location

We - a family of 6, had a wonderful stay. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is awesome, clean and its location is fantastic. The car park was a big plus. Will stay again for sure.

A short stay near the Promenade des Anglais

The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building facing the Promenade and beside the tram on the opposite side. The apartment is on two levels with a master bedroom in a renovated attic space with a nice view of the sea. There are some low support beams which take some learning in order to avoid bumping one's head. The bed is comfortable and there is a large ensuite. Overall,, the apartment is wonderfully situated next to a tram stop which makes getting around easy. Nice neighborhood, lovely view, traffic noise during the day is blocked completely by excellent doors/windows, building is quiet, shops are nearby as are several restaurants. Makes for a good base for travels in Nice and Cot d'Azur.

Unforgettable Beach Stay

We spent 11 days in this apartment and the view is just incredible. It is a fourth floor walk up, no elevator which we got used to. We like that it had entrances on the beach side and the neighborhood side. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, boulangerie, and grocery store, plus the tram literally stops in front of the door however, you do have to get used to the little tram bell in the morning. The views are absolutely gorgeous from the loft bedroom upstairs and the balcony, which made it so amazing! The views overshadowed some of the apartment’s shortcomings which are hard mattresses, the loft bedroom beams you had to always be careful to duck and not hit your head, and having to walk up 4 floors with luggage. We were four ladies staying there and we never felt unsafe. The location was excellent being across the street from the promenade because the early morning beach walks made it so convenient. Communication with Pierre was excellent. He always answered all my questions quickly and thoroghly, and was so helpful and friendly over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect property in paradise

Fantastic property. Great location, convenient to the beach, tram, train, bakeries and restos. Pierre is a great host, very responsive to all queries. Could not recommend this property enough in beautiful Nice. The balcony and view is the real gem.

Perfect for anyone

Could see right across the beach and all the way to old town from the balcony. Described and pictured perfectly. Fab at check-in considering our flight was delayed 3hrs. Easy to contact owner with any questions etc and was very approachable. Price fantastic for the area and the beautuful comfortable appartment.

Nice and Cote d'Azur Getaway!

We were thrilled with finding this apartment so close to everything and stores, services, Tram and airport. We were able to rent a car and have parking available too... The host was very welcoming :)

Magnifique levé de soleil sur Nice

Après un petit déjeuner vue mer, le centre-ville de Nice vous attend à pied, à vélo où en tramway Si vous avez votre voiture la voie rapide est juste à côté pour visiter le reste de la côte d azur sinon vous pouvez prendre le bus ou le train En se qui concerne le logement nous y étions en hiver pendant 1 semaine, le logement est très bien chauffé et très isolé.

Best location to stay in nice

The apartment is located very convenient in front of tram station.So going for sightseeing was easy.There are grocery shops and few restaurants so was easy to get food when needed. The bathrooms were very clean. The floors were little dusty. The kitchen was well equipped. Necessary blankets and comforters were provided.The second bedroom is on top floor so has extra flight of stairs but was easier to get ready in morning. The host is very nice and was very prompt in replying and helped to check out earlier as we had early morning flight. Communication for check in was very well.

Great Location just outside the city

Great apartment and really great location for getting around without being in the city centre. Just cross the road for the beach or take a tram steps from the apartment into they town. Lovely evenings drinking wine on the balcony. Many thanks we will be back.

Perfect location for everything we needed. Front door to the beach. Back door to get groceries, restaurants and tram. Everything was great. Even parking for your car. We parked and left the car in the garage.

Awesome host and Awesome property!

Best place to live in Nice if you want to be close to all attractions and drive distance to all major cities. The host is very responsive and really pays attention to details. They were very accommodating for us during check in as well check out. Would be staying again when we decide to come back to Nice!

Perfect location for a Nice getaway!!

Spacious property with a great view. Located west of the city, but right on the Tram line which made getting around extremely easy. When we come back to Nice, we would absolutely re-rent this property!

The place is amazing with view of Mediterranean Sea and beach. Also Tram access is right below in front of main door. Very helpful host.
