Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple, this fully equipped accommodation offers comfort, convenience, and an exceptional location — just steps from the Provençal markets, restaurants, and cafés, and only a few minutes from the Bellegarde parking. Nestled in a quiet, typical street, you’ll enjoy the authenticity of Aix while having everything within walking distance.

The apartment
Our 32 m² home includes:

A living room with a sofa and storage space

A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and washing machine

A bathroom with shower and WC

A mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (140x190 cm)
⚠️ Ceiling height of 50 cm – cozy and suitable for guests comfortable in small spaces

Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, towels, bath mat, and kitchen towels)

At your arrival, you will find a starter kit provided (not replenished during your stay):

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive an email with a link to access the apartment guide. From there, you’ll be able to select flexible check-in and check-out times (extra fees may apply).

A deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment. It also covers any breach of contract (pets, number of people, timetables).
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
