Welcome to Your Relaxing Retreat in Nature!

Discover our beautifully renovated duplex nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, surrounded by a lush greenbelt and abundant wildlife. Perfect for families and pets, our home offers a tranquil escape where you can unwind and soak in the beauty of the outdoors.

The Space:

As you approach, you’ll notice deer, birds, and other wildlife, along with friendly neighbors out for walks with their pets. Our duplex backs up to a serene greenbelt, providing a quiet, safe, and relaxing atmosphere.

Step out onto the spacious patio, where you’ll find multiple seating areas designed for relaxation and fun:

Large fire ring with 8 chairs—ideal for roasting s’mores or sharing stories under the stars.
Outdoor dining table for 8—perfect for meals or board games with family and friends.
Cozy sitting nooks with swings and a grill on each side of the duplex—your own spot to savor morning coffee or evening sunsets.
Inside the Home:

The open living area features a plush sofa, two oversized chairs, and a dining table for 6—great for family gatherings. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need, from a coffee maker to an Instant Pot.

Downstairs: Full bathroom (shower/tub combo) and laundry area.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Upstairs Loft: Two queen beds, a second full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and a cozy reading nook with floor cushions—perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying nature views.
Please Note:

The outdoor fire ring and dining table are shared with guests from the adjoining duplex, but you’ll have your own private grill and patio seating right outside your door.
Traveling with a larger group? Rent both sides of the duplex to accommodate up to 12 guests. Message us for details and special pricing!

Stayed for a weekend guys trip. Property was accommodating and amenities were ample. Parking is fine if each side of duplex has only one vehicle but parking is shared so if any there are more cars than two it could be tricky. Interior of property was good and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet so enjoying the outdoor area is easy. Plenty of wildlife to see. All in all, nice property and enjoyable stay.

Cozy and quiet with all the extras

A perfect space to host our family for Christmas! The home was clean and comfortable with a lot of space to spread out and enjoy our time there. Karina thought of everything with games, extra supplies and even a first aid kit, and she was quick to respond if we had a question. Cozy and quiet - this is a great rental for 2-6 people. It’s a short drive to downtown Marble Falls with several great restaurants nearby if you’re tired of cooking.

Perfect location for our stay

We have family in the area, and this was in exactly the right location. We didn’t spend a ton of time during the day in the unit, but the evenings were very quiet in a great neighborhood. The unit was very clean, easy to get checked in and out, and we had no problems at all. We do drive a large SUV, so the parking was probably the only area that could be improved upon. A smaller vehicle shouldn’t have any issues though. Great hosts!

Great communication and easy to find

Very cozy and peaceful! The host was easy to get a hold of and answered questions quickly! We loved the duplex and the luxuries provided- nice snacks upon arrival and games! If you want ice stop at the store and pick up a bag on your way but most everything was available in the unit. We had a great stay and our dogs even enjoyed it! My only recommendation would be an ottoman or puff to put your feet up to really relax lol Thanks again for a great stay during a tough time visiting our daughters gravesite

Great place!

My nephew, my mom and I all stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed the place! Pictures accurately represent the look and feel of the house. It was nice and clean, as well as cozy and comfortable. There were many basics that were there for us to use and I appreciated that as well. Parking was strange when pulling up to the house. I have a 4-door Honda Accord and it wouldn't fit under the carport, but even with rain, it was fine. It was just at a weird angle and awkward when our neighbors arrived on other side. They backed in, but their vehicle didn't fit either. Overall, it wasn't an issue, just strange and as long as we made sure our neighbors could get out, it was fine. A second vehicle would have to park on the street, but there's plenty of room for that. I think the fire pit could be changed to being shared by both sides, instead of first come, first serve - otherwise how does anyone going make plans to use it when we don't know who else is booked on other side and plans to use it as well? We did think it was strange that we paid 200/night and we had to take our own toilet paper. Only 1 initial roll of toilet paper was supplied for each bathroom. I'm not sure why that was the case, but it did seem weird to us. Hosts were friendly and the location was great. We loved the views and the windows. We saw deer in the backyard. Neighborhood was great. A market is close for quick grocery runs.
