Cute pool house!

We had a group of 8 people on a trip to St Pete for a bachelorette party. The house was very clean and spacious and was perfect for our group. The pool was awesome! Great location and perfect for a beach trip!

Relaxing weekend

It was lovely staying here for the weekend to celebrate a family gathering! The pool and back area was so nice to relax outside. The inside is beautifully decorated as well! Very welcoming!

Gem off the path

Cute home away from home.Nive layout and spacious. Pool deck area was probably the highlight with pool bar, fridge and deck area to lounge. Definitely book her again.

Great house. Even better in person

Rented this home for an overflow of friends and family. We live in the area and was originally mostly interested in the location. However this house was amazing. It had everything you could want and was so spacious and guest friendly. Awesome deck and pool area. Felt like a resort. Super clean and without a doubt will book again.

House was great!! Very clean & accommodated our group of 8 well. Big bedrooms, nice bathrooms & a perfect “hangout space” for all of us! Super close to restaurants, beaches & trails to walk- we enjoyed the fact it was in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive away f/ anything we wanted to do. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies & spices.Chevie was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay as well. The pool/bar area was awesome! We spent a lot of time out there while home. We were slightly disappointed that although pics had showcased a grill, a green egg & blackstone for outdoor cooking (the men were stoked to use them!) there was only a grill…so just a heads up to any cooking enthusiasts. We did make use of the grill & it was great. Our only negative, was that the solar panels for heating the pool didn’t seem to be functioning to their full potential. The pool guy had come & “turned them on”, but said they seemed to be leaking & wasn’t sure they’d work 100%. Was a big bummer as our kids tried hard to enjoy the cold water, but would’ve definitely swam a ton more had the water been warmer. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend others to check it out!!

Hi Heather! Thank you for the review. I apologize for the disappointment in not having the green egg. We need to definitely remove that from our photos. Also the solar panels only will warm the pool up to the warmest temperature of the days. So when we have colder weather like we did during your stay the pool will just not get very warm. We hope that you will come back to stay with us again. Thank you!

Perfect Oasis

The home is exactly as it’s described. Plenty of space, the pool and outdoor area were the perfect option if we didn’t want to go to the beach! Minor issues with the pool filter pump not being on at times but a quick email or chat resolved the issue very quickly, I was impressed with the quick response from the property management! My only complaint was water pressure, it was very low but will not deter me from staying here again in the future!

Seminole Stay

Blue Heaven was clean, spacious, and everything was as pictured on Vrbo. The location, property, and amenities are exactly what my girlfriends and I needed for a mini vacation. Unfortunately, during our second night the sewage started to flow up one of the toilets. It eventually leaked through one of the walls into the bedroom and past the door into the hallway. One of the rooms was unusable that night so two of my friends had to sleep on the couch. Not to mention the smell until the next morning. I would like to point out that the point person at the management company did an amazing job navigating the situation. She got an emergency plumber night of, a cleaner the next morning, and replacement towels. I truly do appreciate all she did for us and she was very responsive. We were offered a 2 night refund to stay elsewhere but to find a new accommodation last minute that would fit all of us was impossible within that budget. We did receive a minor compensation for the inconvenience. That said, this experience at the house did dampen our vacation. If it weren’t for the sewage situation, I would have given a 5/5 stars otherwise.

Hi Reika, I am sorry that this put a damper on your stay, but your three star review was not warranted. It was a Saturday night at 7pm when you reached out to us about the toilet backing up. It is very difficult to get a plumber on a Saturday night, and I called every one until I could get someone there to resolve the issue before you were home from your dinner that night. We also offered you a full refund, paid our cleaners to come the next morning to clean the floors, and replaced all of the bath towels. Furthermore, we provided you a $150 credit for the inconvenience. I am very sorry that this put a damper on your trip but it was completely outside of our control and we handled it professionally and quickly.

Great spot for our family

The property is great. It was fresh, clean and crisp upon arrival. We are particular about cleanliness and it did not disappoint. The house is well laid out and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed the decorating as well! The neighborhood is quiet and in an excellent location. It is close to multiple activities / necessities like the beach, walking trails, john’s pass, and grocery (publix). The pool was great. It’s bigger in person and 6ft deep, which our kids loved! There were multiple useful extras on the property that came in really handy like filtered water on the fridge, puddle jumper for our youngest, soap and towels, coffee, and many other items we did not utilize. The only real issue we ran into was the check in process. The property owner emails you instructions directly, which I was unaware of, so I was looking for a vrbo email that never arrived. A call to vrbo solved that issue. Once I found the email though the code to the door was incorrect so we had to contact the owner. We weren’t able to reach the owner right away, so while waiting we went grocery shopping. By the time we were done we had a new code and easily got into the property. It was smooth sailing after that. The one other item to be aware of is that VRBO has the wrong address listed for this property. The address number noted is 11895, but the real address is 11695. This is noted correctly with the check in instructions as well. Thank you! We really enjoyed our trip!

The place is just as the pictures show, clean, spacious, and fun! We had 8 adults and 1 baby and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the pool and were able to cook several meals for all of us without any trouble. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a family of nine (five adults, four kids) stay recently. We loved this place! Very clean, most everything you could need is provided, communication was great. The only thing we could suggest is that an extra comforter/blanket for the bunk room trundle bed is needed. We ended up having to use the snuggle blankets from the living room for that bed. Other than that…perfect! We would rent this place again! Thank you!!

Amazing back yard pool!!

We had an amazing time at Blue Haven! We spent 4 nights here for spring break with another family and our kids (4 adults, 5 kids). The pool and outdoor bar were absolutely perfect! We ended up going to the beach only once because the kids had so much fun playing in the pool. It was really nice that they provided beach towels, chairs and coolers to use as well - less stuff to pack from home! The house is really nice, all the comforts of home, and we had plenty of room. Very convenient to several beaches and plenty of restaurants and other activities. Had a little trouble checking in - the door code didnt work. Took about 20 mins to contact the property manager, but got everything resolved the next morning. Luckily the gate code worked and the back door was open so we were able to get inside. The property managers were very friendly and easy to work with. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Blue Haven and would definitely love to stay again!

Beautiful home

We recently stayed at the Blue Haven for 4 nights to attend a gymnastics meet in Tampa. The house was very well located to beaches, food, and anything else we needed. The home was adorable and very spacious for all 8 of our group, including a room for the kids. The outdoor patio and pool area was so enjoyable. Everything we needed to grill out and cook for ourselves was provided. The house was very clean and the house owner was very easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay again if we return to that area of Florida in the future.
