Cozy All Season Beach House, Near Beaches/Portland

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Whether you're in the area to spend time at the beach or to visit Portland and all it has to offer, this home is the perfect place. We are 5 mins from Scarborough State Beach, Higgins Beach and Ferry Beach. 12 mins to Portland. This spacious home is great for 1-2 small families.

This is our primary home, so we ask that you only book if you will be most respectful.
The space
Our home has a very large living space. A beautiful and functional kitchen that opens up to the dining room. A large mudroom and a super cozy living room with a wood stove (to be used only with prior permission). There are 2 separate office spaces if you need to work while on vacation. The primary master bedroom suite is very spacious and serene with an adjustable queen sized bed. There are two other bedrooms with queen beds as well as an air mattress to accommodate 2 other guests. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms, one on the main floor, one in the primary bedroom suite and one off the upstairs hallway.

There is a large yard to enjoy time outside, a fire pit and a lovely large teak dining table on the deck.
