This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our six night stay. The entrance ramp was a huge benefit for my elderly mother who was traveling with us. The host quickly responded to my questions and the location was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent condition and fully equipped with everything needed including all kitchenware, appliances, towels (bath and beach). AC for all rooms and updated appliances. Excellent location for all local attractions and about 3 hours from Acadia. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

My family felt right at home as soon as they unpacked and settled in to this great spot only minutes to the Scarborough beaches! We are looking forward to staying here again next year.

Another wonderful stay

We were so happy to stay here!! There were 5 adults and we were very comfortable. We found it spotless in every room. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need to stay. This is not a cottage it's a home.would recommend anyone going to the Scarborough area to stay here.
