Nice property with flaws

The property was very spacious for 11 people and for the most part clean. Also a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach and close to Barefoot Landing and other food/entertainment options. The pool was a murky green color but was usable, some family members did not want to go in because of dirt and green color. Ran short on supplies as well and communicated that but supplies were never dropped off. Left donuts on counter overnight and ants also appeared which may be normal for a beach house but didn’t expect it. Little issues with warm water, heat, etc. prevented this from being an ideal stay but nothing major just needed more attention to detail and some TLC.

On the fence

After paying what we did for 4 nights you would think the pool would be clean and ready for use but it was not by any means, lots of bugs and debris on the bottom that would kick up when the kids were swimming. Hot water was an issue for showers in two of the bathrooms. We had purchased things for a cook out and the grill was broken and very dirty. Getting clear direction on check out was not timely. The location was great and very peaceful.

Great location and great spacious house! Owner made it more comfortable by adding supplies, towels and toiletries . Only disappointment was the internet did not work
