This 4 Br condo is located on the penthouse floor of South Shore Villas with elevator access. It's renovated with new flooring, new furniture and 5 new smart TVs. South Shore Villas features Indoor/Outdoor Pool and Hot tub, Lazy river, and much more. 2 private covered balconies accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This is a corner unit with amazing views of the beach and ocean.

Stucco replacement work will be performed on the South Wall from April 27 to June 27. The work is scheduled for weekdays between 7 AM and 5 PM. Removal of existing stucco will generate noise.

Go ahead, and indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and the vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

- Access to multiple indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

* No trailers, campers or RVs

Lovely penthouse apartment with easy access to the beach, indoor / outdoor pool, hot tub and a lazy river, all just a quick elevator ride away. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 adults and a baby. The condo was clean and spacious and the balcony was perfect just to sit and relax and watch the ocean and the beach.

Short but great stay

Checking in was easy and property was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Owner communication was great but a hurricane forced us to leave early. Nothing you can do but this place fit all of our needs.

Just Beautiful

Clean, organized, lovely; views and experience was wonderful. Weather was a bit chilly but the heated pool and hot tub were great. Excellent experience and communication all around!

Great family vacation

Great condo with plenty of space for our family. We loved all the seating options indoors and outside and the views from this corner unit were amazing. Everything looked and felt new and well maintained. The kitchen was well equiped for all our meals as well.

Perfect for family time!

We were looking for a place that was roomy enough for six adults (ages 18-79), and this was perfect! Our family enjoyed everything about this condo! Plenty of room to play family games, work puzzles, have meals together…everything! We hated that we had to leave! Communication was great beforehand regarding checkin, and checkout details were just as clear. We will absolutely be back!

Clean property with great view

This was a very nice penthouse apartment. The rooms were clean and well appointed and it was a functional kitchen. On the 12th floor you get a great expansive view of the beach from a nice balcony, but everything and everyone looks very small from up there. The hosts were helpful when we had questions. Check-in time was rather late in the day (4pm) and check-out early (10am) so we didn't get as much time there on the travel days. I would stay at this place again.

The property is as advertised. The location is great close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The views from the penthouse are spectacular in the early morning to watch the sunrise! This was a family vacation with teenagers and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend renting the umbrellas and chairs from North Myrtle Beach - they offer more protection from the sun if you have anyone in your party who is sun sensitive. They are set up and ready for use from around 8 until 5. There is access to a beach ramp to the left of the building if you are taking a beach cart or wagon. This is a perfect is a perfect place to stay for a family vacation and you won’t regret it!

Beautifully decorated clean condo. Kitchen had everything you would have in your kitchen at home. I have been vacationing many years in MB. I feel like I’m Goldilocks and have finally found the perfect condo and resort for our family. The complex is not to small and not to large. Beautifully landscaped pool area. Ample, close garage parking. Plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts to unload. Most importantly, communication with Navin and Chanda was easy, timely and responsive. Small issue with cable/TV remote instructions not updated to match new smart TV operation, which was quickly rectified. Thank you B2Vacations. We hope to return!!

Best place we have stayed in a long time!

Wow. Just wow. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere so clean. With kids who end up in the floor regularly playing, I am always critiquing how clean beach houses/condos are. This is BY FAR the cleanest place we have stayed in the last ten years. Already booked for next year because of how well kept it was. Perfect amount of space for our family to spread out but also be together. Loved the pools as well. Again, very clean and the property was constantly being cleaned in the parking garages, elevators, and pool area. 10/10!!

Great place, location and view. Floors were very dirty when we got there, but they did come clean then right away. The property manager kept coming in to fix thing without any notice. One point I was on the balcony when my son was sleeping. Door locked. I didn’t hear anyone knock till he let himself in and was at the slider knocking. Not ok at all. I wish we could stay again but it didn’t feel safe when someone is coming in when you locked the door. Beautiful place but with young kids we didn’t feel safe after that.

Thank you so much for the review and feedback. The unit was being sold and the real estate company did not inform us they would be coming and bringing maintenance to fix a few things. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and this should not have happened.

South Shore Villas has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
