Excellent experience

When we arrived, the property was clean and tidy. It provided all if the basic needs we had for a seven-night stay including kitchen basics and laundry needs. The neighborhood was quiet and was at an incredibly ideal location for our needs.

Stayed 3 months

It’s functional for what I needed it for. Lee, the owner, is responsive, helpful and did what I asked for (bought me a dresser so I’d have more places to put my things, installed a towel bar in the bathroom) to make it more functional. Couch is a loveseat and not comfortable. The location has pros and cons. It’s not in the best part of town, but you have very quick access to the medical center and downtown. Lots of bugs in the area and they have a tendency to end up in the unit. But it is clean and the ac works really well. Walls are thin so you hear the neighbors. Recommend for a short term stay rather than long term.

Very clean and new property! Close to MD Anderson for my appointments and close to NRG Stadium where we attended a game.

Lee is an amazing host! The home is well furnished and in excellent condition. Lee is very accommodating, and I highly recommend working with him. This was my second time staying at his property and will continue to look for his properties in the future.

Awesome property

Property was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all. Would recommend television in bedrooms and one more small couch in the sitting area. Would definitely use again

Nice & New

Property was nice close to the interstate. Neighborhood was quiet. Really liked that it offered a security system being all girls in an area we didn't know. New townhome with new applicances and washer & dryer. Easy access in and out. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. We all had privacy to ourselves. Would defintley recommend.

Beautiful clean home. Enjoyed having Lee as a host. Accommodating and responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Lee provided all the amenities one needs to make them feel at home. You can see that quality is of an essence to this host.
