Its orientation to the East, by the beautiful “Playa Azul”, provides fresh ocean breeze throughout all living areas. 2 huge covered terraces with hammocks, BBQ, nice outdoor furniture are the perfect stage for relaxation and social gathering with friends and family.
The upstairs open terrace connecting to the master bedroom and overlooking the beach is a great location for sun tanning, peaceful reading session, sunrise or night sky spectacles.
Wake up in the morning with a nice beach and ocean view from your bed. The living and dinning room are very accommodating. The kitchen is very spacious and remodeled. You have the convenience of having a laundry (washer/dryer), dishwasher and outdoor shower.
