Located in an iconic building in the center of Biarritz, just 5 minutes from the Saint-Charles district, the apartment offers spectacular views of the city, the ocean, and the Biarritz lighthouse. Its standout feature: a jacuzzi with a view, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Carefully decorated and fully equipped, this bright duplex spread over two levels combines charm, comfort, and an exceptional location.

The open and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals: microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, and all essential utensils.
The living room is bright, pleasant, and welcoming, open to the kitchen, creating a comfortable space to relax and enjoy time together.

The duplex features two sleeping areas:
A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and TNT TV.
A second Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) arranged in a separate space.
The bathroom is clean and functional, equipped with a shower, sink, and hairdryer.
A service lift is available for surfboards and bicycles, which must be stored inside the apartment. No items should be left in the common areas.

🚗 Parking
The property does not have a private parking space.
We recommend using nearby public parking and dropping off your luggage as close to the residence as possible before parking your vehicle.

💳 Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit is required for the rental. It is managed via the secure online service Swikly and must be completed before your arrival.
Service fees between €3 and €9 apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limit. Within 7 days after departure, and provided the apartment is returned in perfect condition and all terms are met, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.

The residence is secure and has a caretaker who ensures the house rules are respected.
It is strictly forbidden to leave your trash in front of the apartment door or in the hallways. Designated spaces are available on the floor.
As with all seafront properties, humidity levels may vary depending on weather conditions.
