We booked this property specifically for the views and it didn't disappoint with lovely panoramic views of the coastline and amazing sunsets each evening. The property is in a perfect location for the beach as well as easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Amazing location

Loved this apartment in a wonderful location; lots of room and very well equipped. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive. Will definitely be back!

Nous sommes arrivés et l’appartement sentait le moisi et était très humide, la vaisselle n’était pas propre et j’ai dû laver les serviettes de toilette qui sentait l’humidité, ça sentait très mauvais, nous avons été obligé d’acheter des bougies pour cacher cette mauvaise odeur d’humidité et de moisi - le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation, qui manque de confort, manque de propreté, etc. très dommage compte-tenu de l’emplacement qui est bien.Beaucoup de prise de courant n’étaient pas fonctionnelles, donc il était difficile de brancher nos ordinateurs et téléphones…Les fenêtres ferment très mal, globalement l’appartement est vétuste…Au niveau du contact, la première personne que nous avons eu, Maeva était très bien, par contre la deuxième m’a pris de haut et cela ne me plaît pas…Au global : très décevant

Nous regrettons que ce séjour n’ait pas répondu aux attentes de ce voyageur. Nous souhaitons toutefois rectifier plusieurs points de cet avis. Le logement avait été entièrement nettoyé et préparé par notre conciergerie professionnelle avant l’arrivée, et son état avait été vérifié. Dès les premières remarques concernant la propreté et l’odeur, une nouvelle intervention de nettoyage a été proposée immédiatement aux voyageurs, mais celle-ci a été refusée. Nous contestons également l’affirmation concernant les prises électriques, qui sont parfaitement fonctionnelles. L’appartement n’est certes pas neuf, mais il est entretenu et correspond à sa description et à ses photographies. Cet avis est très atypique au regard des précédents : 11 évaluations à 10/10 et 3 évaluations à 8/10, sans remarques comparables. Nous respectons naturellement l’expérience et le ressenti de chacun, mais tenions à apporter ces précisions afin que les futurs voyageurs disposent d’une information complète et objective.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa tiene una situación inmejorable. La terraza es muy agradable y unas vistas inolvidables. Maylis nos recibió con todo cariño! Esperamos poder repetir!

Fantástico

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda! La localización y las vistas desde la casa son inmejorables. Y la puesta de sol desde la terraza inolvidable. La comunicación y la acogida por parte de los propietarios muy buena. Volveremos!!

Charmant logement, parfait emplacement, délicieux hôtes. Nous avons dit aux propriétaires de préciser sur l’annonce les modalités du ménage en fin de séjour.

Traumhaft zum Surfen und Leben geniessen

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt von Biarritz in einem ansehnlichen Haus. Die Terrasse ist wirkt anfangs schmal, ist aber vollkommen ausreichend. Einen schöneren Blick kann es nicht geben. Morgens, mittags, abends Surfern zuschauen und abends dem Sonnenuntergang. Perfekt. Von der Terrasse gibt es einen direkten privaten Strandzugang. Fussläufig gibt es nette kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Käse, Wein, Obst≥müse, Apotheke etc. mit saisonalen, guten Produkten. Gute neue Matratzen, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit viel Charme und Komfort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es handelt sich nicht um ein quadratisch-praktisch-gut Apartment. Die Wohnung ist alt und mondän, was man den Bädern und Zimmern ansieht. Die Leitungen sind Überputz, die Fenster und Heizkörper häufig übergestrichen. Die Handtücher dürften mal ersetzt werden und ein gutes Durchlüften ist nötig um die Feuchtigkeit in den Griff zu bekommen. Es ist so als würde man bei Großvater zu Besuch an den Strand kommen, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls Superwohl gefühlt und vermissen die netten Menschen in den Geschäften, die Meeresbrise, das Meeresrauschen, die Sonnenuntergänge und das atemberaubende Panorama sehr.

Inmejorable situación

Dueños muy atentos , inmejorable situación encima de la playa y a un paso del centro , el defecto es lo antiguo de muebles , y la poca inversión en mejoras Con un poco de inversión sería una estancia de 5 estrellas

Perfect location

You couldn't ask for a better location on the beach in Biarritz. Amazing views, easy access to the beach and well placed for all the amenities you might need on your holiday. The apartment is rustic (think beach house) but the living area is great and for this price, I don't think you'll get better. The owners are very nice (and understanding.. we had to delay our departure due to our son having to go to the hospital right before we were due to check out and they were very amenable) and responsive to any queries. I would definitely come back here!

Fantastic location but not the best standard of apartment.

Location wise - it could not have been better! Beach practically outside the door, walking distance to everything in Town....but.... Apartment not the best standard, perhaps due to location? Humidity, hanging wallpaper, mould on walls and a washing machine that did not work. Apartement owner though very polite. Biarritz as destination gets 5 stars....apartment gets 3 - leaving an average of 4 stars all together.

You're right, we had problems of humidity, mould on walls and hanging wallpaper in the corner of the living room...due to a water leak in the apartment above. Damages will be repaired shortly. As for the washing machine, we bought a new one. We hope to see you again in Biarritz

emplacement exceptionnel

L'appartement est vaste, très agréable et nous avons eu l'impression que la plage était notre jardin! il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Très bon plan grâce auquel nous avons découvert le Pays Basque. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

très bel emplacement

Cet appartement est très bien situé devant la plage Miramar, à 5 mn à pied du centre de Biarritz. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que la plage était notre jardin! l'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
