Modern Design Gulf Facing Condo on the Beach

This new luxurious 2-bedroom condo hotel suite offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balconies. While preparing your morning coffee on the spacious kitchen island, you can see the shrimp trawlers making their way out to sea. Enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset over the open water of the Gulf of Mexico. This suite can accommodate 6 people, with King beds in each of the two bedrooms, one with an in-room safe, and a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room with 2-1/2 bathrooms.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
