It was our first visit to Clearwater and it exceeded our expectations! The condo is conveniently located in a safe, quiet community yet walking distance to the public beach. Hosts were highly responsive and kind. A plethora of things to do and see within driving distance. We hope to return in the future!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the amenities, the recommendations, the location, and especially the view! We watched dolphins from the balcony and spent time in the lovely pool and hot tub. Great communication and well stocked with all the essentials. It was a fantastic family vacation and we would definitely stay here again.

Clear unobstructed view of the inlet water ways. Dolphins in the morning, paddle boarding. Very quiet and peaceful. The condo unit was amazing. Everything you need, including Sony Playstation. (Wow) all appliances were well maintained. Simply put, "Felt like home".Will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay, could not have been better. Unit was exactly as pictured: spotless, clean, well maintained. Beds were comfortable, TVs all Roku for your apps. Porch was amazing, looking out at the water. We even saw a couple dolphins. Public beach is about 10 minute walk, towels and beach chairs in the unit. Lots of restaurants and bars on the water same distance. Bad Ass Coffee and Parlour Doughnuts are a must if you want a change from breakfast in . But also all the amenities of home.Jack and Shelly were extremely responsive. With any message that I sent, they messaged back within minutes.Highly recommend and could definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is clean and comfortable and we loved sitting on the patio looking out at the bay. Such a great way to start and end the day! We stayed over the Christmas holidays and the hosts added a few holiday decorations that made everything feel more homey. They responded very quickly when I emailed them, and were so easy to work with. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Clearwater!

The property is a great choice. It was perfect for our family and provided us the space and location we needed for our stay. The amenities for children, including the portable crib, high chair, and dishes was amazing and made our stay even better. We highly recommend staying here. Jack & Shelly were great with communication & always responded back quickly. The condo was spacious with a nice layout overlooking the harbor/bay. They supplied enough amenities for our family (six of us) for 5 days, plus having a washer & dryer was a huge bonus. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils & Hexclad pans. The area we stayed was a short walk from the beach. We saw dolphins swimming everyday from the balcony. Only downfall during our stay was the pool heater was not on where we couldn't utilize the pool, but otherwise we had a great stay & would recommend for families. You can tell they put thought into what families need. We will be back!

This was a great clean condo! The view from the beautiful balcony was amazing! It was close to restaurants and fairly close to the beach. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see or do.

Beautiful, spacious beach condo on the bay side of Clearwater Beach! It is located just steps away from beautiful Clearwater Beach, which has white sand beaches, clear emerald green waters and is rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. This condo is perfect for a family or group of friends. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen, living room and enormous deck that overlooks the dolphins jumping in the bay. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded yet close to restaurants, grocery stores and tourist attractions.

This is in a boutique building with only 14 other occupants. The pool, spa and grill is never crowded. It gives you the feel of your own slice of heaven but close enough to jump into the fun when you are ready.
