Salt Lyfe 2 BR Sleeps 6+2 CH 2 Min Walk To Beach

Relax & unwind in our open floor plan modern guest house. It was newly built in 2020.There is an indoor pool located a 2 min walk away at the Cape Kiwanda Marketplace. It is not part of our property, but it is accessible to the public. There is a $5 fee to access it.

The guest house sits above a private 2 bay shop.Our property is located a 1 to 2 min walk from the main beach at Pacific City(Cape Kiwanda State Park), Pelican Pub, NEW Pacific City Skate Park, PC Pour(Wine Bar), Stimulus Coffee Bakery, Doryland Pizza, Ben & Jeffs Burgers & Tacos, Moment Surf Shop ,Fine dining at Meridian Restaurant & Bar, Tide Pools Spa & Wellness & numerous trails.

Our guest house sleeps 6 guests plus 2 children age 12 or under. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. Into the hallway down the left side is a surfboard themed bedroom. The bedroom into the hallway on the right side is a bedroom with an ocean theme. In our Great Room, we offer a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress & 2 oversize single couches that each make into a twin bed . Through the french doors in the Great Room is a private deck with teak deck furniture .The bedding for each of the great room beds is located in the hall closet, each with its own labeled bag. The single couch beds also have a mattress topper located in the blue bag in the hall closet. The kitchen , dining & deck all have a partial ocean view. The guesthouse is located above our private 2 bay detached garage/shop .The Guesthouse has its own private entrance with stairs leading up to the guest house. You will have access to the whole guesthouse upstairs. No one lives downstairs. (2 bay garage/shop downstairs is not included in rental). The area behind our guesthouse is Tillamook County land. It is perfect for taking your dog for walks , there is a large sandy area that you can set up a volleyball net or play catch with your kids, a trail in the back leads up to a lookout with a bench that you can sneak a peak of Haystack Rock on a clear day.

Once you park for your stay, you can spend your time here walking to many of the areas offerings. adventures to be had in our beautiful coastal town.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Easy walk to the beach and Pelican Brewing. Hosts were lovely, and the place is spotless with everything you could need!

great attention to detail and creature comforts …

This is year 30 of staying on OR coast (Manzanita, Arch Cape, Cannon Beach, Pacific) and have rented our fair share of homes in different areas and neighborhoods. This is a gem of a place, newer and not rundown, and a true turn key situation from bathroom to kitchen to laundry to bedrooms to dog amenities. Bring your clothes … everything else is there! And nice quality and beautiful appointing of ocean theme color pallet. Lovely. Once inside, the home is silent. Can’t hear a thing unless you open a window. The back of the home sits against a forest and sandy pathways. Very pretty. The entire home and outside area looks exactly as the pictures portray. We are walkers and know all the neighborhoods of Pacific. This place is near the hub of the Pelican, main dune (Kiwanda State Park), main beach entrance, and if that’s your liking, yet walking distance to other neighborhood pathways and beaches. Beautiful find and will definitely rent again. One caution are the somewhat steep ascending stairs to enter the main living area from outside. Would recommend grip strips on each stair to ensure a sure footed stance. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Lovely Clean & Modern Pacific City Getaway

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this modern and clean 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house in Pacific City! It was nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable, and very thoughtfully stocked. There were 4 of us staying (2 adults and 2 older kids/teens), plus 1 Golden Retriever. The beds were comfortable, and many of the pillows were foam, which we appreciated. Our teenager even thought the fold-out chair/bed in the living room was comfortable to sleep on. There was great natural light during the day, and even a small ocean view out the kitchen and dining room windows. We did have to hang an extra light blanket over the balcony doors to block light for our teen sleeping in the living room, but this was an easy fix. It was a short walk to the beach, as promised, and it is close to the Cape Kiwanda day-use park, the dune, the Pelican Brewing Co., and other local shops and eateries. We enjoying walking through the neighboring campground and saying hi to all the local bunnies on the way to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for a great Spring Break getaway!

Great vacation home in wonderful location

Property was very new and very clean,lots of great beach walk areas and forest walks within walking distance.Good variety of restaurants within immediate area.Very comfortable beds and would defiantly recommend,hosts were extremely helpful with any concerns that came up.

We had a great time!

Place is super clean and loved how fresh and cool it was. The only suggestion I have is for the owner to add curtains to the patio door. We love to watch movies as a family and the sunlight was a little annoying. Luckily they had several blankets and we used a couple of the thin ones to cover the sunlight.
