This two-story oceanfront home offers everything a vacationing family or group of adults could ask for! The sandy beach is just steps behind the house and you will have three patios to enjoy your views from! The living room is a great place to unwind and relax after a sunny day at the beach; watch your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV, or head over to the beachfront deck for a relaxing evening sipping on a delicious smoothie or iced coffee. Laundry shouldn't be a problem as this home provides guests with a spacious laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and a laundry sink.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This place was so clean, beachfront location was perfect, accommodations was amazing. It was such a great locations to downtown, and the golf courses.

Beautiful home, great location

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and was very clean. There were only two of us so we didn’t use the first floor bedrooms or bathrooms but they all looked very nice. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves. Check in was our only challenge, the keypad did not work so it took about 40 minutes texting with the VRBO folks to get access to a lockbox with a key. Not fun after a long drive, however once we were able to get in, we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

House fine

This house has a great beach front location. It suits having a master suite upstairs and the other bedrooms on the main floor. But there was a lot of dust downstairs, the oven and stovetop dirty as were some of the pots. There were very little kitchen supplies. The furniture was jarring with odd animals and flying pigs with a dated master bath.

Amazing beach house

Amazing beach house that was clean and the managing company was very easy to work with. Beautiful walking beach with beach bars a short walk away (1 mile). Four bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our all girls week.

Great time

The house is very comfortable and well located. It's close to good restaurants and five minutes from Fernandina Beach. We will definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion would be to bring your own beach chairs, but you can rent them just down the road if needed.

Roomy house on the beach

This house was perfect for 4 adult couples. We all had separate rooms and baths. The porches are amazing for coffee and dolphin watching. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dinning. Great table for board games as well.

View of sunrise on the ocean can’t be beat!

Beautiful property. Clean and well maintained. The location on the beach cannot be best. The location from town, shops and restaurants is about a 10 min drive. There are 2 beach restaurants that are about 1 mile away in both directions we were able to walk to. Plenty of room for two families, kids and adults. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We wished it had a grill, that was a downside. I would highly recommend this home!

Great location

Very comfortable home right on a beautiful beach. Easy to relax! The only complaint is with the property management. I emailed ahead of time to ask about certain amenities so I’d know about what to bring. Turns out they were wrong about everything I ask about and were generally unhelpful.

Beautiful oceanfront home in Fernandina Beach

We booked this house for a long weekend in October for girls weekend. Great location oceanfront with beautiful views from the deck and the main living area. Area was quiet. Beautiful beach for walking and watching the surfers. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom so very convenient. House is beautifully appointed and well stocked for eating in. We did not cook any big meals as there were only 3 of us. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book this house again. You can tell how well loved this house is by the owner. Appliances are new and top notch. Very appreciative of that.

Beautiful Property, excellent location

This was, by far, the best place I’ve rented in the ten years I’ve been coming to Amelia Island. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, unlike virtually every other place we’ve stayed. The management company handling the rental was accessible and prompt in resolving any issue we had, which was just one with a downstairs bathroom. The location was perfect, ten minutes from the beautiful downtown area of Fernandina Beach, five minutes from Fort Clinch State Park, ten minutes from Amelia Island Plantation and fifteen minutes from SR 200 and the shopping in Yulee. The beach access was excellent with a short walk out the back porch to the sand and easy for our group which included my 73 year old mother-in-law. Sleeping arrangements are very good- king master bed and bath on the upper main floor with the kitchen area, two queen bedrooms with private bath on the ground floor, and a pull out full sofa bed with its own bath also on the ground floor at the front of the house. There’s also a small ground floor den on the beach side at the sliding glass door entrance to the back porch. That area contains a couch which could presumeably be used in a pinch for sleeping, a small television and a compact refrigerator. A full size laundry room is located on the ground floor with newer, full size appliances. On the main upper floor, there are double glass paned doors and windows that provide access to a concrete deck and gorgeous views of the ocean. What a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or tea! There is also a convenient stairway from the upper deck that leads down to the wooden beach level deck. The well designed lower deck is not fully covered by the upper which also gives the guests on the ground floor a useful deck area to enjoy if they wish and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is modern, with new appliances and good ergonomics. The large screen televisions in the master and den are hi def with excellent picture quality and a wide selection of channels if you care to watch television while you’re cooking breakfast or dinner. The house is tastefully decorated and well maintained which made our group feel at home. There are only two things which weren’t expected but were easily remedied: the house only has a Keurig coffee maker as opposed to a drip-style maker, and parking is very limited with only space for two vehicles, but you can park across the street on Kentucky Avenue for free if you have a third auto. Loved it!

Exceeded our expectations!

This house was the perfect size for our Party of 8. It is decorated beautifully and right up against the beach with only a 8 minute drive to downtown and anything else you might need when staying on the island. If we are ever back in the area we won’t think twice about staying here again.

Dream Beach Vacation

This house was awesome. Panoramic views, steps from the sand, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided including fast internet and lots of tv channels. Every bedroom had a private bath. Management company checked in with us. We splurged to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. Family rented the house across the street. Beach is very private. Would highly recommend!

Great place!

This is a wonderful beachfront home and very convenient to accessing all of Amelia Island. Nice collection wildlife-themed furnishings. Private bath for each of four bedrooms. Great decks on two levels, unobstructed and close view of the shore. Vacasa was proactive in assuring that our trip would proceed, even with a recent hurricane of concern. they were also very responsive, great communications.

This is by far our favorite house on the island

Our family has stayed on this island for more than 15 years and by far this one is our favorite… However, Vacasa has raised the price by 35% and we will no longer be staying in this house. Greed is not good for repeat customers!!
