This house was beautifully appointed and immaculately cleaned. The views from the big windows across the back were beautiful. The kitchen was so well stocked. Anything we needed, it had. We loved the expansive back deck and the nice, private walkway over the backyard and dunes to the beach. 10 out of 10 for sure!!

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years as a family. Each house we stay in has its own unique style and comfort. Ebb Tide was beautiful! Thoughtfully decorated! The deck, open floor plan, and central location made this house perfect for our group of 7. I got married while I was there and we had the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the dunes. We celebrated and danced the night away on the upper deck. This house was perfect for our small group. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful!

Such a perfect property for our group - 6 adults, no kids. Clean, comfortable, beautifully refinished and perfectly outfitted for a week at the beach. Outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying the beach from the deck & for walking out to the sand itself. Hosts were exceptional with communication & check in/out procedures. Our group is already looking forward to our next stay in the same house!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house is very clean, fresh and modern! Perfect location and beautiful view. Matt and Jenny were very responsive and great hosts. I highly recommend getting Riptide Rentals to deliver beach chairs and umbrellas!

Picturesque

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful conveniences in an ideal location right on the beach. The large deck overlooking the ocean was a big highlight. Walk or bike to beach restaurant, gym and the greenway. Short distance to town with fantastic restaurants.

As advertised and lovely!

We had a gathering @ Ebb Tide for a Foodie trip and gad a wonderful time. The property is exactly as advertised. Note that the primary bedroom is 2X nicer than any other room/bath combo…which only matters if people are splitting cost and expecting comparable rooms. There’s the Primary and then “the other 3”. Location lovely, close to the main town and very responsive owners.

Best of the best

The house is perfectly situated about 150 yards off the beach. You have a beautiful deck living room and two bedrooms looking out at the ocean. Gorgeous sunrises and just a fantastic place to decompress and enjoy the ocean and nature. Everything first class. Great place for a family or for a group to spend a memorable getaway

As described! Wonderful!

We liked the physical location because it was central to all that we visited. The house itself was well maintained and in great condition. All the little amenities like chargers, towels, shampoo, grill, etc. was plentiful and thoughtful. The welcome book was very thorough and helpful. Access to the beach was perfect! And you would be hard-struck to find a better sunrise anywhere each morning. Thank you!

A beautiful home

This house was so beautiful! Matt and Jenny thought of everything in regards to what folks need and what they will enjoy while staying at Ebb Tide. It was clean too, which me and my party appreciated. There was 6 of us on a girl trip and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed so much the deck overlooking the sand and ocean. Everything was easy, from the booking process to check-in and check out. I will definitely be back! Thanks, Matt and Jenny for the hospitality (the bottle of wine left for us was a nice touch).

Lovely home!

We've vacationed on Amelia Island for many years and this is one of the best homes we've ever rented. Truly thoughtful renovation. The most beautiful deck and view of the beach - exactly as pictured. It was a wonderful gathering spot for us and our grown sons who came from all over the country. We all agreed that this will be our go-to home for (hopefully) years to come.

Best place to stay in Fernandina Beach

Our family and friends had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Ebb Tide Cottage. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly positioned near the heart of the beach life. I could sit in the kitchen and watch the children in our group on the beach and in the water. We got beautiful pictures and enjoyed grilling on the deck and in the evening, hanging out in the hot tub. We will be back and recommended this house to our friends already. 2 thumbs up.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful home with amazing ocean views! Every room was exceptionally clean and perfectly decorated. We enjoyed the expansive deck which had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone.

We are a boutique vacation rental company located on Amelia Island. Our properties are all located along the beach with high-end finishes, plush linens, modern amenities, and the perfect beachy decor for your vacation!

We live on the island full-time with our son, Miles, and slightly oversized dog, Duke. Jenny grew up here and Matt is from nearby Jacksonville. We spent 7 years in Atlanta before moving back to be closer to family and the beach!

Armed with local knowledge, we are able to provide answers to any of your questions to help make planning and enjoying your stay a breeze. We know that you will fall in love with this little island and everything it has to offer!
