Cozy Florida Cottage. Peaceful front porch. Inviting living room with great views of old oak tree/hanging moss. A few minutes walk to beautiful St Andrews Bay and Bay Memorial walking park, (off of Garden Club Dr). Minutes from downtown PC and St Andrews. Close to both hospitals. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi and streaming are up to date and new comfy beds with percale cotton sheets. Full size washer/dryer.

Home with character and nice location

Nice property. Could use a little landscaping as the weeds were a little tall. Looked like some mouse turds in silverware drawer. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

FATHERS DAY TRIP

First time and I am a helicopter parent so I was made very comfortable by the host via electronic communication. The water and beach was the purpose of the stay but the neighborhood flowers were my highlight. Thank you for the hospitality. :)

Pineapple Palace - a hidden gem!

We loved our stay at the Pineapple Palace! It's a quaint cottage in a nice quiet neighborhood in Panama City! The location was perfect for us to be close to our local family and activities. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped for meals, making us feel right at home. Monica was a great host - she was available if we needed anything! Recommend staying here and we'll definitively will be staying here again when in town.

Panama City Gem!

Absolutely loved and would stay again. Great communication skills. Great home. Felt...well, like a home. Close to the beach. Close to St.Andrews. If you have to be on the water in PCB this isnt for you. If you need a clean, homey area minutes from everything you need, this is the one. Beds were SOOOO comfortable. Host was a pleasure to stay w!

Cute cottage in downtown Panama City

The Pineapple Palace offered everything we needed for our visit. The location was 3 minutes from our concert, it was very convenient. It is a quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Monica was great, she was quick in responding to my messages and very accommodating.

Great Stay

We fell in love with the cottage. It was the perfect size and so comfortable. Location couldn’t be beat! Would definitely stay there again. As people who have cable, we never did figure out if we could get live and local tv on the apps that were available, but watched the season finale of Survivor on my phone. 😀

Excellent

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and luckily not too far from where my dad lives. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who may be going to Panama for a vacation. It’s not too far from being in town and not far from the bay front and downtown!

Extended stay in Panama City

First time staying in Panama City. Enjoyed all local activities. No complaints on accommodations, all was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling for short or long stays! Pets were comfortable as well! See you next year❣️

Perfect stay for our small family.

We stayed here for 5 days with our two kids, ages 6 and 9. We absolutely loved it! The house was cute and comfy. It may seem small to most people but it was perfect size for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. It is a close walk to St Andrew’s Bay. We went there our first night and walked the little beach area there. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. A very nice park is around the corner. We did not go bc it was too hot during our stay and I imagine the playground equipment was scorching. While here, we also went to St Andrew’s Park and Shell Island to swim. With traffic, it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to St. Andrew’s Park, the Shell Island Shuttle, or PCB. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The street is a little small and not a lot of parking but this did not bother us at all. My husband drove his big truck and had no issues with parking. Monica communicated with me often prior to our trip and during. This was our first big vacation with just us and she was very helpful to me while I was planning things to do while on vacation. We didn’t have any issues in the home. Everything was clean. All the basic necessities were there for cooking and cleaning. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, peaceful, and relaxing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! (Six nights) The cottage was like a little home away from home. Nice neighbors and wonderful host. We didn’t want our stay to end! We had everything we needed and spent a lot of time just enjoying the property, Just what we needed. I look forward to our next stay!

Monica was an excellent host. Provided personal communication and an amazing, cozy little house that was just right for our family vacation. Wonderful decor and amenities. Location was great. Will definitely book again for our next trip to PCB!

Pineapple Palace

Our host Monica was the best. We didn't have any problems locating the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed. When I asked Monica if a grill was available, she went and bought one. Not only did she supply a grill, she provided the utensils, charcoal and lighting fuel. I absolutely rate this listing a 5 star. Location was great, also.

My husband and son stayed while in town for baseball tournament and they had no complaints. They loved the beds and both said they slept amazing! Location was good for the ball fields- 15 min to one park and 25 to other. Monica sent a text chat with check in info and was available to answer questions that came up during their stay. It was a good stay and price for my 2 guys this week. Thx!

Perfect Cottage for Family!

The owner is amazing , excellent communication, Cottage is as described. Had everything we needed. Owner available for any issues (but we didn’t have any). Beds were comfortable & linens provided. We were in town for the Ironman race and it was just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and anything you need. Quick drive to the beach. Thank you so much!

Mini Reunion

My brother’s family and I had a wonderful week at this cute and comfortable home. We did a mix of eating out and cooking/eating in. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has lots of windows and so plenty of natural light. The house is very convenient to downtown and St. Andrews and perfectly located for long walks along Beach Drive or at the Garden Club trail. We’ll definitely be back in the future!
