Lovely 3-bedroom Condo | Minutes from the beach

Relax with the whole family in this spacious condominium, just a short distance from awesome seafood restaurants, the two-mile long Playa El Combate (one of the best beaches in all of Puerto Rico) parks including El Faro (lighthouse), the nearby Playuela (another stunning beach) and the National Wildlife Refuge of Cabo Rojo where you can hike, bike or simply sunbathe in calm waters. Outfitted for the digital nomad with two workstations and high-speed internet.

This fully-furnished unit, on the second floor and overlooking the pool and well-tended grounds, is fully air conditioned, includes a master suite with en suite bath, two spacious guest rooms with twin beds, a kitchen stocked with with cookware, cutlery and dinnerware. Also included are a large TV (Roku), high-speed internet and two work stations, suitable for remote work, and two parking spaces.

The unit features two parking spaces, protected by an electric gate. By car or on foot, one quickly comes to the bars, restaurants and beach of Playa El Combate.

Our condominium is in a quiet residential area bordering on open fields and forest.

Security gate for entrance into the parking lot with two parking spaces. Walk to the beach in 15 minutes or drive in fewer than 5.

Hola, somos Evelyn y Glenn y amamos el suroeste de Puerto Rico: el clima, las hermosas playas, la excelente comida y el hecho de que solo quienes conocen esta parte de la isla la visitan, hacer que sea tan tranquilo y relajado. Evelyn es originaria de Ponce y nosotros y nuestros hijos pasamos tiempo allí en El Combate siempre que podemos. Pero mientras no estemos allí, esperamos que pueda disfrutar de esta área, su gente y de toda la belleza natural de sus playas y reservas naturales.

Hi, we are Evelyn and Glenn and love southwestern Puerto Rico: the climate, beautiful beaches, great food and the fact that only those who know about this part of the island visit it, making is so peaceful and laid back. Evelyn is originally from Ponce and we and our kids spend time there en El Combate whenever we can. But while we're not there, we hope you'll be able to enjoy this area, its people and all the natural beauty of its beaches and nature preserves.

El suroeste de Puerto Rico fue un descubrimiento encantador para nosotros, con sus hermosas playas, restaurantes excepcionales y un ambiente relajado. Esta propiedad nos llamó la atención por su ubicación tranquila, cerca de la playa de El Combate (menos que 5 minutes en coche) pero un poco alejada de los restaurantes y bares que hacen que el pueblo de Combate sea tan divertido después de un día al aire libre.

Southwestern Puerto Rico was a delightful discovery for us, with its beautiful beaches, exceptional restaurants and laid-back vibe. This property caught our eye because of its quiet location, near El Combate Beach (under 5 minutes by car) but a little bit away from the restaurants and bars that make the village of Combate so much fun after a day outdoors.
