1st Floor. Clean and modern space minutes from Delmar Loop (The Pageant), WashU, Forest Park, and Central West End. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Metrolink train, restaurants, museums, parks, bars, etc. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You will experience all of what the Lou has to offer and more with this central location.

Great space for work, long-term stay, and a weekend away to enjoy St. Louis festivities.

We are on-site and usually available to help. =)

This place was perfect! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Hosts were so responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked great on those hot, humid nights. Would definitely stay here again when we are in town!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. Great centralized location for all things kids related and in a great neighborhood. The host was continuously communicating and answered all our questions very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

A nice, little place to stay conveniently close to the zoo, science center, Union Station and lots of other places to visit in St. Louis. Beds were comfortable, and my three boys enjoyed playing pool, and the different games that were available. The kitchen is nice to cook simple meals in and the neighborhood feels safe. It's a little tricky to get to with all the one way streets but the instructions given to us by the host were extremely helpful. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

This house worked out perfectly for our family as we moved our son into his WashU apartment. It was very convenient to campus, the restaurants on Delmar Loop, Forest Park and the Metro. It was easy to communicate with the hosts and check-in was easy. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and all the added personal touches that helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Super cute and quiet neighborhood! Was perfect for our needs and close to what we wanted to do and see. Very friendly and easy communication with the owners. Can hear upstairs tenants, which wasn’t a big deal during the day but while sleeping was a bit challenging. Overall a fabulous place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here for our family of 4. The location was close to everything we wanted to get to. The apartment had all the amenities. I appreciated that the kitchen had all the extras that make it easier to cook. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic for getting to all the St Louis sites we were there to see. Multiple bedrooms with different bed configurations were ideal for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were some challenges navigating all the one-way streets to get to the property, so be sure to look closely at your maps before arriving. The house is old, with the creaky, uneven floors that you would expect. But everything is well maintained. Our favorite touch was the sound machineclock in each bedroom. We forgot ours and the kids slept so much better than the would have if we didn't have one. The property seemed to have two units, but the upstairs unit had its own entry and no one was in the unit while we were there. The two units connect with a back stairwell, which also leads to the basement where the laundry can be found. The location was close to Forest Park and getting to our downtown destinations was not difficult. We had a great trip and made many memories with our children.

Everything about the house was just great. Love the location and parking was plentiful. The house was clean and tidy and had plenty of amenities like shampoo and lotions, spices for the kitchen, and even a sound machine. The host was available to answer any questions I had and was very amenable to any request I made.I would absolutely stay there again and again!

Hi! Kieron and Rahel here. My wife and I met 8 years ago while studying at Western Illinois University. I'm originally from central Florida and Rahel is from Chicago. We decided to join the Airbnb community because we enjoy making guests have an exceptional experience while visiting and to live like a local and this platform allows us to do that. Rahel works in the healthcare field and I work primarily in real estate. We're easygoing, love meeting new people, learning new cultures, and enjoy traveling. St.Louis has a lot to offer and this location is great to explore all sites. We would be happy to have you as our guest and ensure that your stay is great!

A combination of the city and the suburbs, both commercial and residential, the neighborhood has single-family and multi-family houses from the early 1900s as well as a few newer modern infill homes. This area is walkable, dense, near public transit, and home to a variety of people. We can walk to the public library, a movie theater, a small international grocery store (United Provisions on Delmar), and a host of restaurants and shops. We can ride scooters/bikes to Forest Park or Washington University. We can take the MetroLink downtown or we can hop in our car and be on the highway in minutes.
