Cheerful 2 Bedroom House on the Hill in St. Louis

Find your home away from home at this cute two bedroom bungalow on "The Hill" near downtown St. Louis. Enjoy authentic Italian food, cute boutiques and of course delicious baked treats. Take a quick walk to grab coffee at Park Avenue or jump on the highway and visit the City Museum, Arch or other fantastic St Louis attractions within minutes. We have everything you need to stay comfortably on your trip and know you will experience all the love we have poured into this newly renovated bungalow.
Our home sits on the corner and there is free street parking directly in front of the house. There is also a parking pad in the back of the house that is accessible via the alley which can fit one car and is available for you to use during your stay. Please be aware that our home is on a corner lot next to a busy street so you will hear typical street noise during your stay. We have built a wrap around fence to block as much of the noise as we can. The side yard is a perfect place for your fur baby to spend time while you are visiting. We have a $50 pet fee to accommodate your pets while you are visiting. We can't wait for you to enjoy all of the amazing things we love about The Hill.

The home was exactly as pictured and IMMACULATELY CLEAN. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient. Christina was a perfect host; she always responded to our questions immediately and was so helpful. We will definitely book again next time we're in St. Louis!!

Property owner was so kind and welcoming. My children and pets were well accomodated. We came to St. Louis to visit the Arch and experience the city. Property owner was so sweet to leave us a gift card for a local coffee shop. This home was so close to everything that we needed. We felt safe and can't wait to come back!

What a precious house that was decorated adorably!!! The kitchen was stocked well and we so appreciated the coffee and filters!! The bed was like butter, you just melted into it nightly!! The host was amazing at communicating, which made for a stress free stay!
Right on the corner, across from The Hill main district!
The bed was heavenly as was the ceiling fan!!
The kitchen has all that you need!! Coffee, filters and spices to cook.
Enjoyed the comfy chairs to read and relax.

The house was as cute as can be and Christina was extremely helpful so access to the property and check out was very easy. The property is located withing walking distance to several authentic restaurants and coffee shops. There was even a great neighborhood deli right across the street. The parking in the back and the fenced in yard was an added bonus as well.

Positives: Clean and cute! Plenty of drawer and hanging space! Even thought to have extra individually wrapped toothbrushes with toothpaste if needed! It was nice to have the option to let my Mom go inside by the alley using the back door where it was more flat verses walking up the steep stairs in the front!Negatives: Street parking on what we thought was a neighborhood road more of a main drag on the corner of a somewhat busy intersection. There is a small back alley but getting a vehicle in and out safely would be really hard. Also not a true 2 bedroom! The larger bedroom is a dinning room conversion so to get to anywhere else in the house people have to walk through bedroom! Layout if Front door into the living room, through the first bedroom (love the barn doors though) than the kitchen, bathroom, 2nd very small bedroom! It was cute just wished some of those details were in the listing! Lots of food places to eat within a short walk!

The house is comfortable and well equipped. We loved being able to easily walk to the heart of the Hill and being close to other St. Louis attractions. Light and street noise is noticeable but usually not enough to affect sleeping.
