Not a fan

Property is decent unit is not what I would choose to stay in again. Very clean and well appointed but not good for rest and relaxation . Bedroom has extreme external noise issues and the glass doors are facing the returning boardwalk where everyone can see in the unit night and day. No privacy unless you close the main curtains which is your only View

Disgustingly filthy property that needs a complete overhaul. Location was amazing

The location was amazing. Slide the crusty, rusty door open and you are at the boardwalk to the sand! However the property is in much need of upgrades. Not only is it dirty, it's banged up, stained, grimy and needs painted top to bottom. The showers and air vents are molded. We found cockroaches! There is a musty/moldy smell throughout. I have pictures to back all this up. We contacted vacasa the first day. They said someone local would reach out the next day. No one did, ever. Gross!!!! Please do yourself a favor, and select another rental.

Absolutely perfect

We absolutely loved this condo. It was located on the first floor. Pool and beach were right out the patio door. Very clean, comfy, and homey. We couldn't figure out how to get the ice machine to work(I'm sure that was just us) and the internet was a bit spotty at times. Not a deal breaker since we rarely used it. We hated to leave but will definitely book again!

Convenient and Beautiful

This was perfect having children that ranged from age 1 to age 14 being extremely close to the beach and just a few steps away from the pool. It was a bit noisy and the floors needed to be cleaned a little better but overall it truly was a great spot, location and customer service.

New Year's Getaway.

Liked that we were right by the boardwalk. And the bar height stools and table on the deck gave us glimpses and sounds of the ocean as we ate breakfast. Appreciated the keurig coffe maker. A nice addition. Kitchen pans could be replaced as they "rocked" on the stove making it diffcult to cook breakfast. Overall cleanliness and maintenance was okay but could use extra attention. For example, dust on art work and lamps, handmarks on often used switches etc. I think updated pictures to accurately show changes in furniture inside and out would be nice. I was looking forward to a comfy chair at night but there was an uncomfortable armless chair instead of what was shown.All that said, we had a lovely time and it was worth the money.

Great location, great property

No problems at from check in to check out. The ease of walking out the back door and down a walkway to the beach was great. Would stay here again!

Steps to the beach

It was a great experience! I've never booked a first-floor place before, and this unit opens directly to the boardwalk to the beach - so many huge pros to that! The only cons to the room dealt with the noise - we bought sound machines to drown out the noise of the boardwalk & pool for those sleeping on the pullout couch, as well as the elevator noise right outside the master bedroom. I know that can't be controlled, so doesn't go against the rating of the home. Just come prepared to deal with some noise.. but even more important, come prepared to have a great time and make memories!

Wonderful time!

You can’t get much closer to the beach! The pool was very clean and both the pool and boardwalk to the beach are right off your patio. I was pleasantly surprised that you could see some of the ocean from this first floor condo. If you love the beach but not the walking, this is the perfect place! Easy access to parking, beach and pool!

What a perfect spot for a beach getaway! The beach and pool is directly out of your back door. No elevator, no stairs!! Property management was kind and attentive, sending texts to check on us throughout our stay. Cleanliness of condo? Superb! Towels? Plenty! Even the cleaning staff was friendly with good morning greetings and smiles! We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The room was nice and clean. It was great to open the door and be steps from the beach and pool, not a lot of walking or going up and down to get there. The only not so nice thing was the mattress on the pull-out couch. It was like sleeping on springs. Great place. :)

Great location to the beach
