Our family had such a great time! The condo was clean and well kept. Host was very responsive and informative and helped with everything we needed! Before our stay there were some issues with some kitchen items in the condo, and the host messaged me directly letting me know and that the items were being replaced! Very pleased with the stay!

Stayed here for 7 nights with my mom and 3 year old grandson. Great communication, very clean, convenient parking! The location of the room provided privacy because it wasn't in an area of the building that had any foot traffic at all, no other guests had to walk by to get to the pool or beach area as was the case with a lot of the other 1st floor rooms. Great hosts and great room for guests with kids.

Clean, spacious, everything needed for a lovely beach visit. Lots of Beach toys, chairs, and other items included. This condo is at the front of the facility. We liked the ground floor access, the short walk to the beach and pool but still felt very seclude since it didn't front the pool area.

Hi Rachel, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful beaches, pool area, comfortable bed, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer during your stay. It also means a lot to know that our communication helped make your trip a little easier. If there was anything we could have done differently to make your stay even better, we'd truly appreciate the feedback so we can continue improving. Thank you again for choosing our condo, and we'd be honored to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to the Emerald Coast again! Warmly, Brandon & Melissa

Our family of six lives in Georgia, but Okaloosa Island has truly become our home away from home. Over the years, we’ve made so many special memories here, and with family living on the island, it felt like the perfect place to invest in a space of our own.

We recently updated our condo with comfort, simplicity, and relaxation in mind, and we’re excited to share it with you.

One of the things we love most—and know you will too—is how easy everything is here. You can park, walk right into the unit, drop your bags, and be at the pool or on the beach within minutes. It’s the kind of place where vacation starts the moment you arrive.

Welcome to the Emerald Coast on Okaloosa Island, just minutes from Destin. We hope you love it here as much as we do.

Waters Edge offers one of the largest beachfront pools on Okaloosa Island, heated year-round and perfectly positioned just steps from the Gulf.
