LIVING AREA

The living room features a large smart TV and a selection of board games.

The second-floor landing is the perfect place to savor a quiet moment. A convertible twin XL sofa bed offers additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances.

The dining table offers seating for six (with an extendable leaf) and the kitchen bar seats two. Doors open to the patio.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps four adults between two bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is appointed with two twin beds, which can fit together to make a king. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath adds convenience.

This is a strict noise and no-party location. Take a leisurely stroll over to Las Olas Boulevard. Browse upscale shops and art galleries before you grab a bite to eat at one of several restaurants. Just north of the boulevard is Flagler Village, an urban arts district that boasts restaurants, craft breweries, and coffee shops.

Romp and play at Holiday Park or fish along the Intracoastal Waterway. Head to the beach just a few miles east or enjoy hiking and watersports at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

Great Fort Lauderdale getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and modern space. Stayed with my wife and another couple. Very quiet location and only a short walk to the restaurants on Las Olas. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the Pineapple…

Very clean, absolutely loved the rooftop patio.. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset and the city lights come on. Great location! Would definitely rent this house again and our friend that lives there will be recommending it to out of town family members..

Super unique and fun!

I loved the private rooftop, at sunrise, at sunset, at night! And the location was convenient to so much of what the area has to offer. Fantastic kitchen where we cooked most of our meals. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The free Circuit carts got us everywhere we needed to go and the Water Taxi is definitely worth the price of admission! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alot of small issues which added up

Place was nice but had many small issues: -showerhead in master bathroom was broken so that water shot out of the top and kept spraying me in the face - there were ants crawling around the bathroom sink, nightstand & on the base board near where my luggage was and a few got into it - bushes overgrown by walkway to entrance and kept getting wet when I walked in and out of the place -gate door entrance into the property had a broken latch so door would not stay shut I was disappointed as place looked so nice in the pictures

Girls Trip

My friends and I were here for a girls trip last week, stayed 4 nights. It was nice, there are pros and cons to the place. It was very spacious for 4 people, it actually seems strange they don't have a pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate 6 people/larger groups, especially since the first floor has a half bathroom. The rooftop area is a nice addition, could be a bit more cozy but it's fine. The check in process is through a massive rental agency so its not as easy as sending a message to a singular person... They will not let you know if you can check in early until the DAY OF arrival, so that was annoying planning-wise, even though they did end up allowing us to check in early! Would have been helpful if we knew that in advance, but at least they let us. They were unable to accommodate a later checkout since they had another booking, and we had to leave by 10, which was a bit early compared to other locations. The place is very close to Las Olas, the listing says walking distance but its a little sketchy to walk - Ubers were under $10 to Las Olas Blvd though, so that was fine. Thought it was weird they didn't have salt and pepper for guests, could be a $3 helpful cheap investment. The appliances were nice. They provide a ton of towels and beach towels and the closets are very large in both bedrooms which was good for a girls trip. There are a good amount of stairs so make sure your group is fine with that. All in all, a pretty good visit.

Walking Distance to Water Taxi

The home was beautiful. We booked our stay to attend the Audacy Music Festival. To get to the festival we needed to take the water taxi from Riverside Hotel. The location was perfect, about a 1/2 mile walk--which is right into the downtown area of Las Olas. Beautiful shops and dining. The GPS did bring us to the front of the house--it is a 4-plex (I think) and we needed to be on the backside of the home--alley entrance. Overall--excellent experience. For sure would stay here again. Hopefully for next year's festival!

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was conveniently stocked with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, cutlery, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. The rooftop was set up well with an amazing view of the city. There was one problem. There is a street water drainage problem. The entrance is in the back alley and there was water everywhere. It made it difficult to park and get out of the car without stepping in a deep pool of water. This is not the fault of the homeowner but it definitely limits access to the home, especially when it rains. However, it is a lovely home and we enjoyed staying there.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our check in was effortless, we appreciated having all the amenities of home. Just a few things to mention. Parking: there are only two spots in the alley, best to drive by the school find the alleyway closest to Broward ( just about half a block north of Broward Ave) then head east down the alleyway, park behind the one car garage you see. the garage is only for the owners and will be locked. Safe neighborhood, we actually saw an officer on horseback patrolling, when do you ever see that in a residential metro neighborhood! Kitchen, laundry, baths, had everything we needed, full size appliances. They do not provide beach towels, you must bring or buy them. They provide basic packs of soaps and laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Roku HD television in the main room. Rooftop deck was nice. It was very clean and hygienic. nicely decorated, nice furniture. Be aware, the beds are platform beds, they are a bit stiff, no box spring underneath, I found it a bit stiff but still slept. We stayed in early November, and there is a building being built, it is still in the block and rough stages, there is noise, be aware of this, if it will bother you, because it will be finished ina few months, but for now, they construction men are working daily on it, so its noisy. the adjoining unit, was also being worked on, during the day, but sounds of drills, and hammering could be heard through the walls, but not at night. If you are out and about during the day this should not be an issue. Nice stores and restaurants around, only ten minutes to and from the airport on a good traffic day more or less. Overall we enjoyed it, and the rooms are very spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house it self was generally clean and very comfortable. Almost all things were functional and in good working order. We loved the spaciousness of the house, the kitchen was well outfitted and the patio on the roof added a nice touch to the experience. We however had security concerns about the plain glass front door with no blinds or curtains. The blinds for the back door appears to not be fully functional and the curtain was removed and placed in the chair, as it appears to need fixing. The showerhead in the smaller room was not working properly and low pipe did not work. The location was perfect for the activities we undertook. We see ourselves returning to this vacation rental.
