The Sea Watch in Ocean City offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There is also a playground and basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Six elevators and a guarded parking garage add convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The den is open, with no partition or wall.
Indoor pool access is not guaranteed in the off-season.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Sea Watch Property

Sea Watch Property was great. There is everything you would want within walking distance. The on-site cafe was awesome for any leisure time snacking needs, subs, pizza, breakfast, and ice cream. This property has a lot of accommodations, especially for kids. The playground was great, game room was cool, resort was clean. We would stay again. Thanks

The place overall was good. I would not recommend small children staying in this condo because the balcony’s are unsafe. There are sides that are too wide and a small kid can fall right through the railings.

Excellent location and views! Loved that we could walk to get groceries and takeout food! Elevators were a bit of a challenge and the childproof door handle cover was not helpful for adults and safety purposes. Some electrical items were reported to rental agency. Overall, it was a nice rental.

While the location of the complex was convenient to getting on the beach, the condo itself and the furniture were very dated and the master bedroom had nowhere to unpack clothes (there was one outdated, tiny dresser and the other dresser and closet were filled with stuff). There were also many repairs that need to be made: screen on front screen door was ripped and flapping, refrigerator drastically wobbles, fan in master bedroom doesn't work, mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced, blinds in the master bedroom and family room are falling apart, outdoor table is uneven and wobbly, outdoor seating is rusted and some of the chairs wouldn't even unstack). Unfortunately, we won't be returning as it was a lot of money to have spent for all of the above issues and inconveniences.

Great stay

If you are looking for an immaculate modern condo, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for clean enough, comfortable, oceanfront, and great ocean view from the balcony, this fits the bill. All of the beds, including the pullout sofabeds were comfortable. No one had any issues sleeping. Multiple TVs. Fast internet. The decor is a bit dated – 80 style. But functional and clean enough. Everything you could need is available in the kitchen. Showers were hot with decent pressure. Washer and dryer. Also, plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrella in the storage area adjacent to the unit. Great view sitting out on the balcony. AC is ice cold. And adjustable Pools were great. Just steps to the beach, which was great. Ice cream and snack bar on site. Parking in attached garage is available for $65 for the stay. Never had any trouble finding a parking spot. plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything you could possibly need within a 10 minute drive About a half hour from the boardwalk. You can take a bus or easy enough to drive. About a half hour to Assateague.

Nice condo with great ocean view

Pros: Clean. Close location to grocery store. Linens provided. Beach chairs and beach umbrella in laundry room. Nice balcony with ocean view. Cons: No storage for grocery items. Had to rearrange cupboards and stand in living room to hold groceries. Also, not a fan of Roku but understand decision due to cable costs these days.

Exceptional!

The condo was exactly as it was shown on the Vacasa site. It was spotless. The kitchen was wonderful with up to date appliances. It had everything you need in your kitchen. Lovely decor and very comfortable beds. The shower in the master bath was beautiful. I especially liked the light overhead. We would definitely recommend this condo. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed it very much.

We had a great stay with no complaints, everything was clean, the game room was better than most, playground too, and nice large balcony.

Very comfortable & Great views

Loved the generously-sized balcony where we spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach). Condo was comfortable and amenities were plentiful. Easy beach access.
