We sincerely apologize that the unit did not meet your expectations upon arrival. Cleanliness and readiness are extremely important to us, and it’s clear we missed the mark in your case. The issues you noted with the linens, balcony cleanliness, and missing pillowcases are not reflective of our standards, and we are addressing this directly with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the missing items, while some supplies are disclosed as not included, we understand your point that certain basic essentials—such as trash bags and bathroom mats—should be available for guest comfort and safety. We are currently reviewing and updating both our listing details and our standard provisioning checklist to better align expectations and improve the guest experience. We also apologize for the maintenance concerns you encountered, including the kettle, lighting, and remote. These have been reported and are being resolved.
