The villa is ideally located to enjoy the pleasures of Le Pouliguen: beach and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Housing

The house is organised around a vast, bright living room. You will find a lounge area with television, as well as a large dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people around the table.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

It also has a dining area with 6 seats, a staircase leads directly to the garden, facilitating access to the outside.



In the basement (also accessible from the outside), you will find a complete laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, table and iron, as well as a toilet and access to the garage.

Upstairs, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms:

In terms of parking, you have the possibility of parking one car in the garage and another in the garden.
