Relax on the boardwalk! These condos overlook the beach, boardwalk and ocean. Features include wall-mounted air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen.

You can enjoy the use of a shared indoor pool.

Things to Know
The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Good place to stay

The best part about this place was the location and the view. We were right on the boardwalk and so close to the ocean. We did have a little bit of an issue with people parking in our designated spot, but other than that it was a great place!

What a location!!

Could not have planned for a better location. With the tram services suspended it was convenient to be in the middle of the boardwalk. Excellent Ocean View and sounds of the waves crashing.

We loved the location right on the boardwalk. The view of sunrise and the sound of the waves was excellent. It was easy to walk either to the south end or the north end of the boardwalk which was very convenient for us. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Great View and Relaxing

We had a wonderful relaxing time and enjoyed people watching from the balcony. Very clean place with everything you need and it was nice to be so close to the broad walk so we could ride bikes. The ocean view is beautiful and the sound of crashing waves will put you to sleep at night.

Room area was nice and convenient light was broken sliding door screen broken Roku didn’t work room wasn’t done in time for 4pm check in pool wasn’t clean something floating on top couldn’t swim no one used the pool empty our whole stay called for Assistance several times about pool and Roku each time they said they would take care of the problem they never did even after sending a picture won’t use this company again

Stunning Oceanfront Experience

We recently stayed in a gorgeous ocean-facing condo and it truly exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had a good experience, but the pictures aren't accurate for the furniture currently in there. The floor left our feet black after the first night. Overall it worked for our short trip.

I would rate our stay a 0. Place was absolutely filthy and all three beds were broke, garbage disposal backed up and blinds were missing. Slept on a chair one night and air mattress the second.

bad timing

entire building was getting ready to be painted. First floor was covered in white dust. It got on everything. Suitcases , clothes, hands, even the dog. The elevator was a mess. Even the street and parking lot was covered. The boardwalk and seawall were being worked on directly in front of the condo. Generators running almost all day.

Location Location Location!!

Best part about our stay was the location. Right on the boardwalk! Right on the beach! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful oceanfront view, and watching the comings and goings of the people on the boardwalk was so enjoyable. The only thing we didn’t like was that this condo is managed through Vacasa and it’s very impersonal. We’ve always dealt directly with property owners when renting through VRBO, and they take great pride in their properties, and pleasing their guests. Vacasa management is lacking that personal touch. When they say “check in is at 4pm”, know that you will not be checking in even a minute earlier, even if the cleaning service is long gone. Also, though our reserved parking spot (included in our stay) remained empty the ENTIRE day, we were not allowed to use it until 4pm. That was very unfortunate because there is literally NOwhere to park otherwise to enjoy the boardwalk or beach. When checking in and checking out at the Vacasa office, it’s strictly business…No niceties like, “Enjoy your stay” or “How was your stay?” Besides those few disappointments, our stay here was great! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything!

How to cut corners on a vacation rental.

Great location right on the boardwalk. The owner has cut corners, maybe to save money. The hot water was warm, so no hot shower. The sheets are directly on the mattress without a mattress pad. You need to bring your own hand soap. I rented in November and the beds were made with summer bedding. The knob on the bathroom heater has been removed. The wifi shows that it is connected on your device, but the speed is so slow to load that I don't think it was ever actually connected. It felt like the owners read an article on how to save money while running a vacation rental.

It smells like pee bad!

This place is disgustingly dirty, and it was clear as day the minute I walked in someone had pee’d and no one had done anything to clean it. There is two mattresses in the bedroom, when you walk into the bedroom that unmistakable odor/burn of ammonia over takes you. The mattress closest to the entry door was unusable, the smell was so intense. I honestly cannot believe the rental company would leave it in that condition. Also to note, you have to a totally different location to check in, its up last the 90 bridge. That can add a lot of extra time to your day if the traffic is jamming, and when is it not during the in season.

Great view but dated

We have stayed in this unit for years and it was beautiful and well kept for many of those years. The unit has a wonderful view from the balcony. The Vacasa company that we had to book through this year was extremely difficult to work with. First, we received an email providing the code to enter at 4PM but the bottom of the email stated that we had to check-in first at the Vacasa office on 52nd St. We waited in line with many other people for well over an hour only to be told that we didn't need to be there because we had on-site check-in. We were never told that. Next, the TV in the living room wouldn't work. We had to speak to different people on the phone about this. They sent a new TV but left it in the unit with no instructions on how to set it up. After a few more days, we finally had a working TV after going back and forth trying to get the owners' set-up info. We didn't receive any passcode for the pool. We will personally never rent with this company again, Their customer service is all but non-existent. As far as the unit, the bathroom floor, baseboard and ceiling vent were very dirty. The balcony had sand all over it. The fixtures are starting to deteriorate. The couch has worn springs and is dirty. I didn't want to sit on it. I didn't waste my time complaining to the company about the cleanliness since it was frustrating enough trying to get the TV repaired. To top it off, we paid nearly $1,000 more from last years' rate. Not again.
