We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice! The location was perfect and we loved the beach view. Sondra was a great host in preparing us for our trip and answering all of my questions.

The property was clean and the host was easy to talk to. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and people on the boardwalk. This condo is close to several restaurants.

The condo was adequate. It was close to the beach and that's what we were interested in. The only real problem is that there were stairs. I asked the owner about an elevator in the building and she said yes there was. And there is. However to get to the elevator you have to navigate 6 or 7 stair steps. My husband was not happy! And then in the condo there were two sets of stairs. When I asked about an elevator I think the owner should have disclosed that there were stairs that we would have to navigate, in which case, we would not have rented there.

So sorry you were not aware that the condo had stairs and that there are steps at the entrance to the elevator. On the web site it says that the condo is three levels, so I thought by that you would understand that the condo has stairs. In the future I will be sure to let everyone know that there are 2 half fight of stairs in the condo and several stairs up to the elevator entrance. Thank you for making me aware that I should be more clear about the stairs. Sorry your stay was not as good as you wished.

Beautiful view, clean and excellent

We stayed here for a long weekend in Oct 2024. Enjoyed morning sunrises over the ocean from the balcony and closeness to the boardwalk and pier during the day. Great location and exactly as described

We found the apartment to be even better than advertised - ideal for our needs. The owner was great about promptly answering any questions we had. For us, the location was ideal.

This condo is very convenient to the beach and restaurants on the boardwalk. The condo has a washer and dryer so you can wash clothes before you go back home which is great. The condo is family friendly and has a pool if you don’t want to get in the ocean. Liked sitting on the balcony as we like to people watch.

Great stay, great location

This was our first time staying on the boardwalk, we usually stay in other parts of town. This condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the inlet and close to two playgrounds great for kids. The condo was clean, the layout was funky in the best way possible and the views were beautiful!

Excellent Location & Very Clean

Overall, very nice stay. Some nearby construction noise during the day...fortunately, weather was nice & we were on the beach. Owner very organized & responsive. Yes, we would not hesitate recommending to others or staying there again.

Meeting friends

My husband and I enjoyed this property. It is close to restaurants and things to do. We have rented this property for several years now to meet with our friends from West Virginia. It is convenient to everything.

Best location!

We have stayed at El Capitan in the past but this year tried a new unit and we are so glad we did. It was so clean, code on the door made it easy to not keep track of the keys all week, people watching from the deck is always so fun and our host was so easy to work with! We already booked again for next year!!!

This condo has been in our family since the late 1970's. Our parents purchased this in their retirement. It has been a place that the whole family has enjoyed for many years. We loved the convenience of the beach and Boardwalk when our children were young. Then as they grew older we still loved the location. Now that it time for our grandchildren, we love to see the joy all over again. My husband is a Charter Boat Captain and the convenience to fishing was also another plus. We have always been happy that our parents made such a wise purchase. This condo has given us many happy memories and we are still collecting them today.
