This modern luxury house is close to everything: 5 minutes away from downtown Chandler, 15 minutes away from Scottsdale and 20 minutes away from Phoenix. Come hang out in the beautiful and relaxing backyard pool oasis, or play pool, foosball and cornhole. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and a BBQ Grill. This home is the perfect place for your family to make wonderful memories!

This was a perfect home for our visit to Chandler. Everything was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen had plenty of dishes and all the essentials to make meals if you wanted to. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic - plenty of towels and shade too! The location is great for enjoying all that the Chandler and Gilbert areas offer. Our hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Chandler wedding

This was the best location and cutest house to stay in! We came down here for our daughter’s wedding in Chandler and the house was just perfect! Loved the pool, loved the decor, loved it all! The host was very communicative with us as well, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This property is amazing!! Everything and more that you could want! Jessica was very easy to communicate with and very helpful! This home is beautiful and welcoming! There were 4 adults in our group and there’s plenty of room and amenities!! Would stay here again!!

Everything expected and more

The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities are simple but cover everything, making the house feel extra clean and not cluttered. All beds were cozy. The house was larger than I envisioned. We all had a great time. We were a group of 3 moms and 3 daughters, ages 8-12 visiting for a gymnastics competition. The backyard had lots of sun for lounging and the girls enjoyed the pool.

Excellent place to stay! Jessica was very prompt in answering all questions. We enjoyed the pool and patio. Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful two week vacation in the AZ sunshine.

Good Chandler location

Property owners were receptive to correcting initial problems with pool heater. I would add a couple more seating areas and kitchen appliances like a regular coffee pot. Overall the property worked well for us.

Chandler Charm

Our host, Jessica, was a delightful person to work with. She was timely and responsive to any and all concerns, questions and services that needed attention. We loved the neighborhood and the Chandler area more broadly. We would gladly consider staying there on any future visits.
