IMPORTANT!! BEFORE YOU BOOK, please read the entire listing and confirm to me that you have read it and agree to what you have read. 1) This is an upstairs unit and there will most likely be guests staying in the downstairs unit beneath you so it is asked that you will be mindful of noise.
The only shared space is the driveway where you will park. You will have your own deck, bbq and firepit. Entry doors are on opposite sides of the building.
Also, when booking, please include an introduction message about yourself and and anyone else included in the reservation.
Cozy but spacious 720 ft2 studio apartment located in a quiet cul de sac in Paradise Estates. Propane fireplace and wall heaters, ceiling fan. The Nisqually entrance to Mt. Rainier is just 5 miles away. Through this entrance you can traverse the park to the Stevens Canyon entrance and out to Ohanapecosh and on to Sunrise. A very beautiful drive with many trails along the way. There is no timed entry to the park this year 2026. Dog friendly hiking in surrounding areas outside of park. 1-2 dogs welcome upon approval depending on size and breed. Pet fee is per dog.

I had a great stay. It was a quiet location and the space was very well taken care of. Lindley communicated proactively, made sure we had the information we needed, and has a great, comfortable location. I'll look to stay again in the future!

The house was clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the accommodations. A tip I might suggest is to bring groceries in a cooler since options in Ashford are limited if you have dietary restrictions. WiFi is available in the house, but I could not get data, so I made calls through WhatsApp. I was able to text. Set up your maps before you leave so you have access to them since reception in the mountains is hit or miss. Mt. Rainier was amazing, and we had wonderful weather to enjoy hiking and the scenic drives. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great stay near Mount Rainier NP

Perfect location for those traveling to Mount Rainier NP. Cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife. Host left an awesome binder full of information on local restaurants and other resources. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need!

The apartment was exactly as described, immaculately clean, with a full working kitchen and nice bathroom. We stayed two nights during a visit to Mt. Rainier and it provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
