Tivoli 5293, also known as "Hip Nautic", is the perfect place to completely relax and be worry-free with a fantastic view of the Baytowne Golf Course! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse is centrally-located with close access to all the amenities the Sandestin® Resort has to offer.

No need to keep searching - this is the perfect spot for your family to vacation in paradise! Once you park in front of the townhome, you'll see a set of stairs leading to the entry door. Once inside, there's another shorter set leading from the entry to the main level. On the main level, you’ll see the spacious floorplan of the living room, dining and kitchen areas overlooking tranquil views of the golf course. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the well-stocked kitchen provides all basic supplies your family should need. There is also a washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella provided for you in the unit! The master bedroom located on the main floor is complete with a king size bed, a desk, and has a private spa-like bathroom with a nice walk-in shower and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms on the main floor are equipped with one king size bed each and access to two updated main floor bathrooms. Take the staircase to reach the fourth bedroom in the upstairs loft area, which has 4 twin beds!

Ride over to The Village of Baytowne Wharf for dinner and drinks or get dropped off at the beach for a day of fun (and beach is only a short walk away if you prefer)!

Tivoli and the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort offer ideal amenities for the entire family:

holiday escape

Our family enjoyed the spacious living area and easy access to the beach and other places of interest in the area. The availability of multiple golf carts was a game changer as it gave us lots of options for people to go on their own adventures as they wished. Great stay!

Family Vacation at Sandestin

Great time and wonderful location. Loved the layout, the screened in porch, the 2 golf carts and how easy everything was while we were there. Hope to be back.

Perfect House

Our stay was excellent. The house is exactly as described. Location has easy quick access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf Village. Once you arrive there is no need to leave the community. House is nice and spacious for two families. The games were a nice touch as we waited for a few showers to clear. Would definitely stay again.

Great location/

This property was just as in the pictures described and a great location. However the cleanliness is another thing there were roaches, the beding had not been changed toothpick from last guest left in bed.There were other things that i didn't send picture of so I won't comment on.The dishwasher was broken.The other thing that i was impressive with is the kinds of the staff when I msg or call.As I stated in a msg to the Gidson Team as a suggestion is to have someone to inspect the work of your cleaner.With all the diseases going on these days cleanliness/ disinfectant should be on the top of your list.

Amazing!!

This house was for all my military friends/ wedding party for my wedding. This was a great place to stay very spacious. Great rooms. Very comfortable couch. Had an Alexa which was nice to have music playing. Looked right over the golf course. The team was great and helpful sending me updates and everything that needed to be done for checkout. Everyone had their own space and the golf carts were a great way to get around in. During the off season we got this whole place to ourselves. I would rebook here and recommend it over and over again!

Found our new location

This was our first stay in this area but it won’t be our last. The unit layout was perfect for our family. The unit was identical to the listing. The app is user friendly for your needs. The microwave insert was not correct and I was able to report it through the app. The only complaint was the floors could have been a little cleaner. We had two one year olds who found all the stuff under the couch. It would not deter me from booking again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the pictures and the description of the property, I thought I was renting a standalone house not a combined condominium. There were some repairs that needed to be done such as a broken leg on an ottoman and a pocket door latch. There was limited parking, and it was first come first serve. I was not informed or shown a picture that there were some stairs to climb leading up to the front door. A little cumbersome for older people with luggage. Golf carts were not plugged in and charging when we arrived.

Lovely vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this rental and its location! The beach, shops, and entertainment was just a golf-cart ride away. The customer service was exceptional. The furniture was very comfortable; unfortunately, the ottoman legs were glued on. One of the legs would not hold, so we couldn't use it. I would suggest providing more household items. What was provided was sample sized. The only trash can liner that was provided, which was in the trash can, was very thin and week. There were no paper towels. After traveling all day, we were forced to go shopping right away. I would also suggest that the company provide throw blankets for the living room sofa and chairs. The AC works extremely well. We were very cold while relaxing in front of the TV. My last suggestion is to provide beach towels. Overall, it was a lovely vacation rental. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great vacation place!

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our large family of 7. Location was great - easy golf cart ride to beach and walking distance to pool. Beach was awesome. It was so nice having two golf carts and we could easily get to restaurants and shops. We loved it!
