The first thing you'll notice is that this house has over 900 square feet of open and covered decks, each with incredible views of the Sound! On the deck, there will be an outside dining seating for 11 people! It's a great entertainment space to be paired with a large yard.

The house turns into your getaway home with a fully stocked kitchen that would please any chef! If the granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and large island don't hold your attention surely the stainless steel appliances, gas cook top and wall oven will! A breakfast bar provides extra seating for dinner. There is also a standard coffee maker along with a K-cup compatible coffee maker included! The kitchen flows easily into the living room that has built in bookcases and is a wonderful gathering spot.

All bedrooms have a 55" flat screen TV perfect for watching your favorite movies and TV shows!


Main Floor: 1 Queen, and 1 King

Guestroom upstairs: Twin XL over Queen + Twin Trundle (=4), and the Master bedroom has a Twin sized sleeper sofa which will bring the total capacity to 11 in the house!

The main floor contains two bright and beach-y guest rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, laundry room and a half bath.

The expansive master suite with the King bed and twin loveseat sleeper sofa rests on the top floor and has 700 square feet of luxury and fabulous views. The master bedroom boasts a private open deck with wonderful Gulf and Sound breezes. The deck has a relaxing seating area for 4+. The master bathroom has two vanities, a garden tub and separate shower.

An extra guest bedroom can be found on the third floor as well. This bedroom has a twin over full sized trundle bunk bed bringing the total sleeping capacity to 11!

The bottom level of the home is a three car garage with a garage opener provided in the first drawer on the far left under the drinking glasses in the kitchen.
