We were lucky enough to stay here on the beach for a family wedding that happened close by. It was a few days before the hurricane hit and it was very windy and rainy. The garage was very nice for us to come and go from without having to go out in the weather . The view was terrific and the three bathrooms were great for getting dressed for the wedding events.

Our host Bart was great! Promptly replied to any request. Clean rooms, kitchen had everything needed. Lots of beach equipment came in handy. Beach view couldn’t have been any better. Walk out the back and you’re on the beach. Perfect for our girls trip

Walk out the back door and you are in the sand! Very convenient with small children. Big back deck, shower located on the back deck and on the bottom floor coming off the beach.

The location of the property was our primary reason to stay here. My wife, her sister and I are no longer able to walk the beach. We shared our trip with our daughter and her four children, and the fact that we could sit on the deck and watch and even hear our grandchildren enjoying the beach/ocean was priceless. The host provided a well maintained townhome . We never ate out because the kitchen and outdoor grill allowed us to prepare meals easily.

Can’t beat the beach access and ocean view. Big screen TV in the living room was also excellent for catching Saturday’s college football games. Host was attentive and responded quickly to questions. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Easy family trip

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and even came to address an AC setting. We had a blast and the family memories to prove it. Thank you!!

Great spot right on the beach

This is a great property that sits right on the white sand directly on the beach. The house has four bedrooms and easily fit three kids, two couples and one mom. There are a bunch of restaurants close by and a great kitchen. If you just wanna grab some groceries and cook. We will definitely go back!

Two Times and Counting

This is the second time our group has stayed at this unit and we love. The unit fits our group perfectly and the owner is great to work with. It has perfect views and beachfront access. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Convenient and comfortable

Condo was spacious and well stocked, with very easy access to the beach. Owner was very easily accessible for any needs. Would definitely book again

The check-in process was seamless and very easy. Very spacious and lots of space and room. But there were some things that need fixing/improved for the price being charged. The living room had food crumbs on the floor. The living room furniture had brown food/liquid stains on them. There were a couple of electrical outlets that were loose and disconnected from the wall. One of the bedroom ceiling fan’s mounts had become disconnected from the ceiling with wiring exposed and was wobbling unsafely when used. Had to just turn it off to be safe. A couple of the bedrooms TV’s were connected via extension cords that were just run through a cut-out hole in the wall without proper face plates. The Jacuzzi tub had 3 jets that didn’t work. The master bathroom has no curtain or shades for its massive window above the tub leaving the entire bathroom exposed at night to anyone on the beach to see in. One of the bedroom beds had its frame broken with wood pieces hanging to the floor under it on the edge. The locks on the doors are 2 step twist and push and are only able to be unlocked from the inside unless you have a key. It’s very confusing and we were locked out the first night for 30 minutes because we were not told about where keys were kept. Attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful during this process. We managed to search the garage and find a spare key hidden to get back inside Overall it’s a good property, but needs repairs.

The location was great for going back and forth to the Blues practice and show. Space in condo was great as well and views of gulf were amazing.
