It was an absolute pleasure hosting Brendan at our property! They were an exemplary guest who adhered to all house rules with great care and respect. Communication was smooth and prompt from beginning to end, making the entire hosting experience seamless. We would highly recommend them to any future hosts without hesitation. They are always welcome back, and we sincerely hope to host them again in the future. Thank you, Brendan, for being such a fantastic guest! Till next time, The Turnkey Pros Team

We Loved the Santa Rosa Casita

Great little place. We had everything we needed. Perfect location for us. Close to the University of Arizona. Brittiany was responsive. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in Tucson.

The casita was very clean and neat upon arrival. Communication with the host was very complete both via email and info book inside the house. Our 12-year old lab was very comfortable as well, with both the inside and outside areas. The location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Only surprise was the fees that went with the daily rate.

Everything you need. . . . . . .

. . . . . . just everything! So well equipped for the traveler that is more comfortable at home than in a hotel! Cute clean and extremely well set up for couple or family with small children. Host very responsive and check in was easy contactless. Quiet neighborhood, but with good access to Tucson via car. Highly recommended!

nice place but...

Overall the place is as advertised. Pros: convenient location, clean, well laid out for a small space. Cons: The property backs up to a very close fence with 2 very loud and annoying dogs. We have a dog, so I am sympathetic to occasional barking , but this was not occasional. Also, the kitchen needs more silverware, cups , plates. We had to run the dishwasher more often. Not a huge problem ,but a waste of water. Also, bring your own TP, they give you 4 small rolls for the week, then it's on you.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and cleanliness of the space! We wanted to let you know that we’ve restocked the kitchen with additional silverware, cups, and plates to better accommodate future guests. As for the toilet paper, we do provide regular rolls, so we’re not quite sure what the issue may have been there, but we’ll definitely double-check to ensure consistency moving forward. Thanks again for staying with us!

Great place to stay in Tucson

Had to find a place to stay for a few weeks while waiting for our permanent residence to close, and this place was perfect! Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Great place to stay in Tucson if your staying either for a few days or a few weeks!
