Wonderful single family house located between Seattle and Bellevue on Mercer Island. You can enjoy all the amenities the Seattle area offers staying in a quiet environment surrounded by the beautiful Lake Washington! Two minute’s walk to beach. Mercer Island is fantastic to bicycle – we’ve provided 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes, along with helmets. Exploring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest is so easy from here; Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, the San Juan Islands are all within 2 hours.

The property was comfortable, beautiful, tranquil, and clean. We appreciated the natural scenery and took a number of walks down to the beach during our two night stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place for two families. Both levels have all amenities for each family. Owner was very gracious and very responsive to concerns we had. Location is amazing, 5 minutes from downtown Seattle but away from the hustle and bustle. Tons of biking trails in the area. House had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great house for family and pets! Plenty of room for everyone & perfectly located near parks and trails! Back yard is fully fenced in which is nice for dogs! Great stay!

Nice place to stay

This property is spacious, well kept, comfortable and welcoming. It is in a quiet neighborhood near a bay with easy access. Amenities are numerous and well thought out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if circumstances are similar.

Great for a large group

Very spacious and nicely laid out to accomodate a large family group. Plenty of seating for meals and relaxing. Great location for accessing the city and surrounding area. Really appreciated the fact that detergents, soaps, shampoos, paper products, etc, were provided. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Wonderful having a washer and dryer.Highly recommend this rental.

Nice Place!

This house was perfect for our extended family’s three night stay. Lots of room, plenty of seating for dining and lounging., two washers and dryers, parking for four cars, and air conditioning which was a godsend in the 95 degree heat. North end location is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for our daughters wedding and this home was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for all of our weekend activities. All of the beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. We happened to be there for Sea Fair, which was a bonus. Sunny is a fantastic host and thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.

Beautiful home with everything you need! Clean & well kept! Comfortable beds & furniture! Excellent location! Wonderful people to work with - easy to reach & very responsive! We use VRBO for a few trips a year (for 20 years) & this was by far our best experience!

Excellent Property

My family has a wonderful time at this house. The location was central to Seattle, SODO, Bellevue, Squolnome, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and the kids swam in the lake! Kids downstairs, adults upstairs…wonderful.
