The Space:

As you return from a day of outdoor adventures, relax on the plush sofa, love seat, and additional armchair seating in the family room. Guests will appreciate the warmth of the fire permeating throughout the room from the indoor gas fireplace. Unwind from the day while streaming your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV, as you cozy up with your loved ones.



The private outdoor balcony will have you gazing out into the beautiful glow of the night sky -- step out, enjoy the fresh mountain breeze, and take in the beautiful sceneries surrounding this charming condo.



Host an après ski cookout with the outdoor bbq grill, where the master griller of your group can show off their exquisite skills. The fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and a stylish granite countertop is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up a gourmet meal. Keep the cook in good company with the breakfast bar stool seating for up to 4. As the aroma begins to fill the house, gather in the dining area where you can enjoy your scrumptious dinner, while exchanging exciting stories of your time on the slopes.



Recharge for the night in the master suite that features a beautiful king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a lounge area, a large walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.



Additional guests will have access to a second bedroom, that features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom features a twin over twin size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. A shared full bathroom, around the corner, has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. There is also a third bathroom in the hallway across the second bedroom.



There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, located across from the kitchen.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home except for the deck and hot tub as it is under construction. You will also have access to a free parking space for 1 vehicle in the garage with a pass.

Getting Around:

You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, about 2.5 blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber and Lyft are always available.
