You will also have easy access to the Park City Town Lift -- your gateway to world-class ski runs and mountain explorations.

The Space:
Situated in the heart of Park City’s historic district, this tranquil and inviting two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is an easy walking distance to both city and slopes, making for an ideal home away from home where you can rest up and relax between your limitless Park City adventures. Located on a single story, this home is a peaceful retreat with elegant furnishings, an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, and a location that puts you in the heart of all that Park City has to offer.

Step into this home and soak up the inviting atmosphere in the open-concept kitchen/living/dining space that makes it easy to stay connected to your friends and family no matter your activity of choice. A charming dining area with seating for four is perfect for digging into a delicious meal or setting up a favorite game while keeping you central to the fun while the living area has comfort to spare. Featuring a roomy sectional couch, leather armchair with ottoman, large flat-screen smart TV, and a gas fireplace, you will find it easy to kick back, relax and unwind while you warm up by the fire, stream a favorite movie or show or take in the fabulous views of historic Park City.

The updated kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and convenient eat-in bar/serving area with seating for three, allows for easy access to both the dining and living areas keeping the chef in your group connected even as they whip up the latest meal. Pull up a barstool and chat about the day’s adventures as you plan for more without missing a thing thanks to the open-concept layout that allows for togetherness no matter your activity of choice.

When you’re ready to tuck in for the night, you will find a bedroom with a spacious, king-size bed, fantastic views, and an en suite bathroom located just off of the common area. With its stylish decor and focus on comfort, you will find it easy to drift off to sleep and dream of all that there is to explore. The full-size, en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity, fresh linens, a walk-in shower with striking tile work, and a sophisticated glass door.

A second bedroom is well-appointed and inviting with two cozy, twin-size beds, ample storage, a TV with cable access, and a full-size en suite bathroom of its own. Wash up in the bright and lovely bathroom with single sink vanity and beautiful walk-in shower with a glass door before you tuck in and unwind as you read a book, take in a show or recount the memories you made in one-of-a-kind Park City.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. They also have access to the single parking space in the parking garage located across the street underneath the Blue Church Townhomes Building. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the lodge building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is within walking distance from both city and slopes making it the ideal gateway for your adventures. It is located in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and is just one block from Main Street with its abundant shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class resorts within steps of your front door.

Getting Around:
With its incredible location, you are walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great location, nice spot!

We really enjoyed the location being just up the hill from all the nightlife. The number of bathrooms differed from the listing - there were only two in the unit. Perhaps the count included shared bathrooms? Other than that, we had an excellent stay!

Clean Condo in Park City

We had a wonderful stay in this centrally located, super clean condo in Park City. Quick walk to restaurants and bus-stop. Any request we had was dealt with very quickly. Only downside is no/intermittent wifi and TV didn't work. We were skiing all day and out in the evening so didn't affect us too much.

Property Management disappoints

The units AC wasn’t vented so 90degrees inside. We fixed it with the help of some stranger. We called manager trying to get a 2nd fan or another portable AC unit. Their response was open the windows we don’t have access to fans or AC. Not the way to treat renters when their people messed up. We made a simple request for another fan.

Nice Find, Great location

Located one block off of Main Street so walking distance to everything. Unit was nice but had a few frustrations. The flint for the fireplace was near empty and died on day 2. Housekeeping did not have a replacement. None of the 6 battery operated candles worked and there was a 3 hr power outage one evening. No flashlight either. The bottom shelf In second bathroom was very dirty as was the common area and ‘recreation area’. Eight pool balls… TV in main room also only had two channels snd could not be reset. A little more attention to details would go a long way.

Great location & comfort!!

The place was super Clean. The fireplace was a huge bonus and the beds super comfortable. We walked in the morning to town lift which was super easy. Kept our skies at the valet right at town lift and stored out boots in the cubbies so we didn’t have to walk through town with our ski boots. Two suggestions: The wifi was not good. In fact it was down all day one day and There was no router to be found to reboot it. The TV Picture was also terrible when we wanted to watch some March madness after a long day on the slopes. It appeared to have Netflix and Hulu but there was no prompt to login likely because the tv was not on the wifi. It was just cable. Other than those two things, which are pretty much expected in todays rentals, I would definitely rent this place again. Mgmt company was responsive but took about 12 hours. They got the wifi back up but didn’t share the router location. Other awesome amenities that you can’t expect; Plenty of trash bags, coffee filters, sponge, dishwashing and dishwasher soap, and soap at all sinks so not necessary to supply those staples. Also salt and pepper. I bought Pam and left there for next guest. I highly recommend using instacart to have groceries delivered before your stay. That was a huge win! And we did enjoy playing monopoly which was one of a few games in the hall closet. Thanks again for a great home away from home!!

Just like we wanted

Great location, nice building, well appointed unit. The absolute only negatives are one 1 parking spot offered and cannot street part in the neighborhood without a resident permit…and the toilet paper was a bit rough. We will definitely rent this place again…and bring our own TP ;-)
