Nestled in the sought-after Park Avenue community, this home places you just moments from Park City Mountain Resort. This beautifully designed townhome features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the living area accommodating up to 10 guests. The open-concept living area invites you to gather around the cozy fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen makes dining a breeze. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Hop on the free shuttle to explore Deer Valley, Canyons Village, or the vibrant shops and dining of Historic Main Street.

Kitchen: Well equipped with stainless steel appliances and white stone countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the back deck, where you'll find patio seating and a BBQ grill - perfect for grilling a quick meal after hitting the slopes! Dine at the kitchen island with bar seating for 6.
