Very nice spot to rest and relax. However, lots of cool spots to check out for miniature golf, fishing and hiking or just gazing at the water views. A lot great restaurants in the area, We will be back.

My husband and I rented this condo for our 5th wedding anniversary. Nice and cozy, peaceful, and quit. This is not listed as a handicap condo but the rails on the wall in the bathroom was just what we needed because my husband is recovering from a total knee replacement. We will definetly rent this condo again when we return and if it's available

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t fully meet expectations. Regarding the blinds, they are designed to provide privacy and reduce light, though they may not create complete blackout conditions. I’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as I look into possible improvements. As for the hot water, the condo is equipped with a compact water heater, which is typical for studio units. While it generally provides sufficient hot water for normal use, it can be depleted if multiple or longer showers are taken back-to-back. For example, if a longer shower occurred shortly before yours, that could have temporarily reduced the available hot water. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention, as it helps me continue improving the guest experience.

Great Location/ Fantastic Host

Smith Mountain Lake is an amazing area, making our visit much more enjoyable was the property. Check-in was simple and very efficient and the property was very clean & organized. The host (Allison) was wonderful to communicate with and was extremely helpful to ensure our stay was wonderful.

Clean and beautiful location! Very easy check in process. As a coffee drinker, I was personally disappointed that there was no coffee. I would have brought my own if I would’ve known. I would have appreciated more pillows on the bed (only 2). There were more pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases. The towels provided were notably old and even though clean, they had a musky smell. Overall, it was a great vacation spot with minor inconveniences.

The property was extremely clean. The owner was easily accessible and instructions were very clear. We enjoyed some time sitting outside next to the lake Sunday afternoon. It was really nice. The shower was “the best” and the towels were really heavy. The studio met our needs for the weekend.

We came down from out of state to a friends destination wedding. This place was everything we needed! So cozy, and close to everything. Not to mention waking up to be surrounded by such a beautiful lake!
