Maushop Village Getaway with Ocean Views, Steps to Private Beach

Enjoy the best of Cape Cod from the charming Maushop Village in New Seabury! Only steps away from our private beach, our one-bed, one-bath cottage is the perfect place to escape and relax.

Brightly lit with high ceilings, our cozy condo features a full kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, a sunroom with ocean views, and a spacious patio with a gas Weber grill and dining area. With a Queen bed and a full-size pull out sofa bed, the condo sleeps 2-4 comfortably. Our cottage is fully furnished with all the amenities you could need for your vacation getaway, including two smart TVs, wireless internet, a new Weber gas grill, beach chairs, a new washer/dryer, and all bed linens and bath towels. Cool off with the portable air conditioning unit, or open the windows and turn on our 3 ceiling fans for a refreshing ocean breeze.

Our kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay - brand new toaster, new microwave, and new dishwasher, an electric range, and a large refrigerator/freezer. Brew the perfect cup of coffee with our Keurig, Nespresso, or French Press, or enjoy a cup of tea with our electric kettle.

In our home, you can remotely or unplug completely - with a desk, high-speed wifi and two cable tvs, you’re set up for anything you need. Grab a beach chair and towel and take a short walk down to our private beach, where you can soak in the sun or go for a swim, or take a long walk on one of the trails winding through the neighborhood.

The Popponesset Marketplace is within walking distance, where you can find great food, coffee, shops, mini-golf, bike rentals, and more. Mashpee Commons where you can shop, eat, bowl, join a spin class, or enjoy a movie, is only a quick drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: For any bookings in May through mid-June, there is a possibility the beach may be closed for maintenance for the upcoming summer season. This is out of our control and is managed by the condo association.

Cleaning Fees: In an effort to provide all of our guests with turnover service and refreshed linens we work with a local cleaning service who specializes in short term rentals. Our vendor charges a premium flat fee for this service and we unfortunately are unable to adjust cleaning fees for this rental.

Beautiful cottage

Cottage was adorable and very clean. A short walk to the beach and to Pomponessett marketplace and in great amenities and the owners were wonderful to deal with would definitely come back.

Great location to explore the Cape

This location with access to a private beach is ideal for a Summer getaway. The place was comfortable and had nearly everything we needed for our stay. Easy to get to everything on the Cape. Only recommendations we’d have is it is inexpensive enough to supply a roll of paper towels and sponge/dish cloth in the kitchen and for guests like myself over 6’ tall replacing the shower head with hand held one would be helpful. We’d certainly stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway

The cottage was beautifully decorated, pristine and wonderfully bright. Steps from the beach with a delightful patio. And the owner was so attentive and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Ideal spot for Cape Cod getaway

The location is perfect, walkable to beach with beautiful surroundings. Loved being able to walk to Raw Bar, coffee shop, market, etc. Maushop Village is just the perfect place for a serene, beautiful place to unwind. Our unit, 1 Barneys Ave. was just as described, clean, comfy, and very close to the beach. Our host, Francis, responded quickly to a couple of questions which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, and hope to do so soon!

1 Barney’s Avenue

Cute and cozy! Loved our 7 night stay at the height of the season for the hydrangeas. Well decorated, comfortable furniture and clean.Even had a coffee French Press! Very close to beach stairs. The whole Maushop Village is adorable snd safe feeling.

Beautiful honeymoon cottage

Wedding Weekend

Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding weekend in New Seabury. Beach and Marketplace were great for some of our downtime. Of course the Raw bar was amazing as well. Beautiful property.

This home was the perfect get away for our short visit to the cape. We loved that we were steps from the beach and a quick walk to the Marketplace. The unit was well equipped for our needs, cozy and very comfortable!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful Community and great location. Loved the homey feel of the Cottage and short walk to the beach along with the amenities of the community. Place was as advertised and owner was great in his communication. Took advantage of some of his restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. Would absolutely return.

Disappointed

While the location and the condo were great, the actions of the host left much to be desired. On the night before our departure, the host informs us that he has scheduled workers for the next morning, sometime between 8:30-12:30. So while we are trying to clean up, pack and do the requested housekeeping before catching a flight, we were told to deal with it! Extremely unprofessional!!!

Perfect oceanside vacation!

What a perfect vacation! Lovely hosts made check -in and check -out so simple. The handy booklet and great communication made everything easy. It was a dream to enter your sweet cottage- so adorable, comfortable, and clean, and steps to the beach! How nice to have a fully appointed kitchen, with thoughtful necessities handy as well. We enjoyed the great location- walking to the Poppy Marketplace for lobster rolls, the short drive to the Commons for shopping and more dining, and road trips to Sandwich and Yarmouth for antiquing. Coming back to the cottage was so relaxing and homey. Great weather for swimming., thanks for providing the beach chairs and towels! A week was too short, can't wait to come back!

Great cape escape !

We had a great time at this cape cod gem !! It was clean and well stocked with essentials - dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper and a brand new bag of laundry pods. It saved us from having to run to the store on day one. The stairs to the beach are a very short walk from the condo and was a great place to watch the sunrise. We had some pleasant exchanges with neighbors and felt very welcome. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and the check in/out process was super easy. We splurged and tried a different restaurant every night! We loved them all - Cooks, Whicked, Bleu, The Lanes (bowling in the restaurant!), then over in sandwich, by the cape cod canal- Sams seafood (go around sunset - take a walk and get great pics!) and for dessert- shipwreck ice cream!!! Oh and in Orleans - Rock harbor grill - near the spot that the Coast Guard rescue boat is birthed from the movie “the finest hour”. All in all - it was a great week and we are already trying to figure out when to go back !!!

An absolute gem!!

This beautifully appointed immaculate cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our family. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and then some! It is located steps from the beautiful private beach in the community of Maushop Village, New Seabury, a short walk to marketplace and short drive to dining and shopping. Perfect property, perfect location!

Just returned from a wonderful vacation at this lovely property. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Really nicely decorated. Perfect for a couple. Had everything you could ever need and the basket of essentials was a great touch! We spent every morning sipping coffee on the patio and took daily walks to the beach and Popponesset Marketplace. Owner was so very nice and responsive...and the booklet they put together was well done and very helpful! Enjoyed every minute and can't wait to return!
