Come stay in the heart of Branson with this contemporary dual-unit retreat — two private 1BR/1BA apartments rented together, perfect for couples traveling together, small families, or friends who want shared space with added privacy. Step outside and walk to Historic Downtown, Branson Landing, and the Convention Center. From boutique shopping and waterfront dining to world-class entertainment, everything Branson offers is just moments away.

The upstairs loft features a spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout with a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open-concept living area designed for comfort and style. Clean lines, modern finishes, and abundant natural light create a relaxing retreat after a full day of exploring.

The walk-in level unit offers a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout with a convenient kitchenette—ideal for morning coffee, quick meals, or late-night snacks. With its own private space and contemporary design, it provides comfort and flexibility for your group.

The rooms are a fantastic location. You can walk to The Historic Downtown and The Landing. We had a killer view for a fireworks display. There is a full kitchen, too.

Hidden Gem; Great Location

Very nice property in a excellent location walking distance to downtown and Branson Landing. Apartment is clean, well equipped with ample parking. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay, had a few hiccups, planned our packing per websites. We packed ground coffee for upstairs, only Keurig available. Got coffee maker day two, but no liners. We surrived with the pod coffee makers, I packed pods for 1st floor and our 1st floor kitchen provied a several pods. Working with Sheryl was a pleasure.

The LOFT

We had a fabulous time. The loft was awesome with great views and is located close to Branson Landing. The bed was very comfortable and the loft was the perfect size for me and my girlfriend. We will stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time; this loft had everything we need and the location cannot have been better. The only issue we had was the parking spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location

The pics described the loft perfectly. It was very nice. We had a few issues upon arrival and got it taken care of quickly. The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the Branson Landing area and Main Street shopping. Our stay for my daughter & I was definitely enjoyed! We would stay here again.

Birthday get away

We love this property! It is perfect space for my husband and I for our Branson get aways. We love the location, the size and the rooftop bonus space is fire!!- you can see down to the landing and surrounding areas. Have I mentioned the comfy bed?! We will be back many times.

Walking distance

From check in to check out, the whole experience was fast and easy. The location is perfect. Right around the corner from the old downtown strip, and right down the street is Branson Landing. Restaurants, sweet shops, and shopping right around the corner as well. Condo is perfect for a couple. Would go back and rent this condo again.

It was absolutely wonderful. The property was very clean and neat. It had a spectacular view. With the loft being on the downtown strip, you could walk pretty much everywhere you go! It was definitely a week to remember. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Great place and location!

The location is perfect and walking distance to everything in the landing. Initially finding it was a little tricky but nothing too bad. The loft was clean and very hospitable. The roof top must’ve been getting renovated because there was a lot of flooring stacked up and we weren’t really able to use it. But once it gets refinished, it will be an even better space. Overall, really good experience staying here and would likely rebook again!

Downtown loft

Had a couple of small issues and they were prompt in answering questions and fixing the alarm that was going off. Good location so we could walk downtown. The roof top deck was under construction and the furniture was full of construction materials and fireplaces were not working. The cover on bed had blood stains on it.

We are very sorry to learn of your experience you had during your stay. I will be sure to contact the construction team that was performing repairs on the roof in between stays. The fireplaces have been turned off as the owner is considering changing them out to electronic fireplaces. I would encourage contacting us in the future if you ever run into the surfaces of the property or linens being less than clean as you would expect them to be where we can have our team respond and make things right for you throughout your stay. We have staff available to respond if these types of situations arise.. We do request that guests contact us within the first 24 hours of their stay in order to let us know if there are any problems with the property. We were not aware of the items you noted in your review. Again, I am very sorry to learn of your experience.

Nice Getaway Near Landing

Very clean rental near Branson Landing. Convenient to several restaurants and shopping. Cool roof access but would have liked improved furniture to sit outside and enjoy the fall weather. Not a big deal but fireplaces seemed like there were inoperable. We loved the layout and decor of the property. We usually stay at the Hilton but hotel pricing seemed very high, so we decided to try VRBO when we found this rental. We will strongly consider staying here rather than a hotel again next fall. A little strange walking up a flight of stairs with a large unoccupied room below. Downfalls...very noisy traffic and people/band from the next door speakeasy. Also parking was convenient next to the rental, but in a very steep drive way. Overall, we really liked this place and will consider staying again next year.

Our stay at The Loft.

Bed was comfortable. Cute place. We rented this property because it had a kitchen. Kitchen was poorly equipped. The 2 light bulbs on hood fan were burned out. They had a washer/dryer, but washer wasn't working. Pictures showed a gas fireplace, come to find out, there was just a gas line coming out of the wall inside the fireplace. There is a keyless entry, and then a door to our unit, which we could not lock from the outside when we would leave. The occupants living below, had a really loud car, which was parked by our bedroom window and they would leave in the middle of the night for an hour or so and return. Picture of parking lot was not as indicated. Not much room to park. Would not rent this unit again.

Siblings senior citizens weekend vacation

The photos were exactly how the condo looked and we had a spectacular view on the top loft watching the fire work show Did not have to fuzz with congested traffic and people as well as enjoy our cocktails with out getting behind the wheel absolutely would love stay there again next year’s 4th of July
