Come relax & recharge in this newly updated and recently renovated 3 bed/2 bath home located in Ocean Pines. Our beautiful home is close to the beach, pools, restaurants, marina, yacht club, golf course, shopping/outlets and casino!
Your stay will incude exclusive access to FREE beach parking at the Ocean Pines Beach Club, in Ocean City.
A fully fenced large backyard is the perfect place to let your dog (or kids) play, lounge on the furniture and enjoy smores by the firepit.

Home was exactly as described on the posting. It actually exceeded expectations as it’s much roomier than anticipated. The host was always available and quick to respond. Would consider staying at this property again when visiting OC.

Mid June ocean trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Catch Me By The Sea in Ocean Pines, Md. it was peaceful yet a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. We had a complimentary parking pass at 49th st parking that had a cafe with really good food and the pool and beach access was super nice. The house was very cute, clean and well stocked. Our host Shirelle was super friendly and quick to respond before and after we arrived.

Perfect fall getaway

My family and pups came down for sunfest. It was the perfect place to stay! It is warm and welcoming and cozy. The back yard is perfect for dogs and our pups loved running around! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! Would highly recommend this lovely beach house!

Enjoying Life

the home itself was very comfortable and all needs were met. The complex was fantastic even though we needed to drive everywhere. Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. Missed ocean views.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our needs—it has comfortable beds, lovely decor, and a well-stocked kitchen. In addition, we loved eating in the sunroom, hanging out by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hammock. Our kids appreciated the games and sand toys. Check-in was easy and communication with Shirelle was great throughout our stay. We’d love to return!

Long weekend away

Great location - catch me by the sea was a perfect location for me since I have family inside and outside OCMD. The house is beautiful and super cozy. Shirelle is super responsive. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Ocean Lovely!!!

This rental was wonderful. It was even better than the photos. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. We LOVED our stay and cannot wait to book again.

The home is so nice. Appears to be newly remodeled with really lovely touches. The owner is so nice and responsive, and the little extra touches like provided toiletries & paper goods helped make our stay more comfortable. It truly was our home away from home!

Property was immaculate, location was great and most important the owners were fantastic to work with. I would strongly recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay outside the hustle and bustle of OC, far enough away but close enough to enjoy everything OC has to offer. I would definitely book this house again.

Ocean Pines Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! The house was comfortable and clean. We loved the screened porch with the pub table and string lights. We ate many meals there and enjoyed a few happy hours there as well. Cute backyard with hammock and fire pit. Close walk to the park for our dog. Enjoyed all the Ocean Pines amenities and the beach parking pass was great. Would definitely recommend. Owner is very responsive and nice to deal with. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Wonderful family vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Catch Me By The Sea! The house was thoughtfully decorated and (more than) adequately equipped for our visit. The owner was highly communicative before and during our vacation which made us feel taken care of if anything was needed during our trip. The house really worked for our family with the inviting fenced-in backyard, yard games, accessible floorpan, and overall comfort -- it truly felt like a home way from home! Additionally, staying in Ocean Pines feels like the best of both worlds with access to community amenities i.e., pools (with a daily fee) and the ocean. We recommend this house for anyone considering a visit to Ocean City because you can settle in, relax, and enjoy the opportunities all around this location. Side note - Berlin is a super cute small town and worth the ~10 minute drive - we had one of the best meals ever there! Thank you Shirelle!

Great place to relax

Adorable and comfortable home that is a great place to relax, yet just minutes away from all that Ocean City has to offer. There is something for everyone - shady yard with outdoor games, hammock and a fire pit; deck with multiple seating options; screened in porch with bar height table and seating; comfy living room with a large TV and a selection of games; spacious kitchen with a good size table and everything needed to prep meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, too. Both the OC boardwalk and the quaint town of Berlin are about 15 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and a casino are even closer. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Nice place near ocean

The cottage was perfect for us! 12 minutes to Ocean City! There were 3 of us and our dogs. The home is nice. The bedrooms were a perfect size. One bathroom with shower and the other with a tub. There was a nice three season porch and fenced in back yard for our pets. The home has houses next to it but the nice tall trees helped make it a little more private. The home is on the main road in ocean pines so walking the dogs was not safe but about - short walk across the street to a side road was perfect for us! The home is well supplied. You can tell the owner really wants to make it special for their guests. We would definitely return!

Great beach trip!

This was a great place to spend a week at the beach. Check-in and communications with the owner were easy and flawless. We had plenty of space for ourselves, our sons, and nephew. The sofa was especially comfortable, and we appreciated the large TV for movies on the stormy afternoon. (Hint: If you have an Apple TV, bring it so that you can easily access all of your streaming services without having to enter all of the passwords.) The bedrooms were a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied and worked well for preparing meals. I especially liked having both the Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We sat frequently at the tall table on the screened in porch, and our teen loved the hammock. The trip to the Beach Club in Ocean City was just under 10 minutes. We found parking there to be easy, and it was nice to have restrooms and a changing area right there. We also tried "pool-hopping" from one Ocean Pines pool to the next, which was fun! The staff was very nice and helpful. All in all, it was a great stay!

Renter beware

To make a long story short: VERY poor cleaning done prior to our stay Dirty dishes in cupboard with food on them. Like rice and chunks of meat. Coffee filter full of used coffee grounds still in coffee pot from previous renter/owner. (Found out later the owner was at the home the night before we arrived so not sure if coffee grounds were from owner or previous renter) either that’s gross. Ceiling fans caked with dust on the fan blades Dingy blankets on beds Door wall glass was dirty Moldings around door and floor were very dusty Dead bugs in screen room on window sills that had been there prior to us arriving on Sunday. Arrived on Sunday- Tuesday texted owner Refrigerator temp was above 50° - we had to throw away food we just bought the day before. Owner called electrician- was there for 5 mins and blamed us. Fridge finally got back to 40° after 24 hrs and we took all of the food out and left water and beer only. Had to keep buying ice for coolers to keep what food we did keep cold. Then owner tried to charge us the fee for the electrician, which was $160.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My family and I, along with our dog, stayed for a long weekend to kick off our spring break. Shirelle was an excellent host, and the home was clean and comfortable. Even though the weather wasn’t the best for our first day, we still had a great time! We played games and enjoyed some time in the sun room together. The home has a great location, which allowed us to visit Berlin and Assateague easily. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Perfect Family Cottage

Lovely cottage with wonderful backyard. Unfortunately Mother Nature didn’t cooperate weather wise for us to utilize it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and living room very cozy. We enjoyed the covered porch. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone heading to Assateague National Seashore!
