Welcome to your new annual get away - a bright, inviting condo at the very base of Greek Peak! This updated space features three floors full of amenities like a kitchen with full size appliances, 2 full bathrooms, 5 beds (1 queen, a bunk bed (twin over full), & 2 pull out beds.

Grab your bikes for a day on the mountain, boots & swim trunks for a stop at the pond and trails - whatever you do, be sure that your stay here will be stress free. Stocked with complementary snacks and water, always.

Loved this little place! My family of 6 was very comfy, and 2 bathrooms made it easier to get out in the morning. Very clean and convenient literally right at Greek Peak!

Great Stay & Location!

Friendly & helpful property manager and owner! The location was perfect to visit my son for SUNY Cortland Family Weekend plus entertain my younger son. Would highly recommend this adorable mountainside place. It had everything we needed!

Our host was excellent communicating about check in and check out. The area is quiet and beautiful with alot of outdoor adventure right outside the door at Greek Peak and the surrounding area. Although few, the local restaurants were excellent. With the narrow spiral staircase, I recommend that everyone in your party is steady on their feet. May be challenging for little one's or elderly.

Family Reunion

We were up visiting the area for a family reunion. We found the place clean and workable for our family of 5. The access to the various levels is definitely not something for toddlers. Our youngest was 7 so he found it adventurous. Location was very convenient to all the Greek Peak amenities.

Great stay

Place was very cute. Great location to ski and indoor water park. Our kids loved the bunks with large tv and spiral staircase.

Perfect Location

A great place to stay. Right at the base of the mountain, you can walk to and from skiing. The unit was neat and tidy. Really cool space with different sleeping quarters and spiral staircases separating them and the main area. Great communication with the owners. Would recommend and definitely use again.
