How Sweet It Is on 30A- Next to The Big Chill, 6 seater golf cart included

‘How Sweet It Is on 30A’ will be your favorite new vacation spot! This single-family home is located within the Prominence community, just steps from all the fun to be had at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub). Our 6 seater golf cart is also included with our home.

Upon using the keyless entry to conveniently enter, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open concept living area, dining space, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The first level also holds one of the 2 large master bedrooms. Upstairs is the 2nd master, as well as 2 additional bedrooms, and a loft with a pull out bed/counch. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the home has 4 outdoor porches!

This home is a quick walk away from the 5000 square foot, zero entry community pool (heated in March/April & Oct/Nov) with cabanas, a luxurious setting for guests to use. This home backs up to The Big Chill, which is a fantastic outdoor venue featuring 30A's largest big screen TV, live music and all the restaurant options you could hope for. There are also retail shops for local clothing and interior decor, as well as Luke Bryan's cigar shop and popular hangout. There is also a Farmer's Market at The Big Chill (steps from the house!) on Thursdays from 9am to 1pm with amazing vendors from the local area with assorted goods.

Prominence is also just a quick bike ride or drive down 30A from popular spots such as Alys Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary.

First Floor: Front Porch, Garage, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, Master Suite #1 with bathroom and private porch.

Second Floor: A loft common area, Master Suite #2 with bathroom and private porch. Laundry, Bedroom #3 with bathroom, Bedroom #4 with bathroom. A private porch is shared between bedrooms #3 and #4.

This property is self-managed by us, the owners. If you need anything at all during your stay, we are a quick text or phone call away!

We loved being close to The Big Chill for food, shopping, or watching a game! It was close to other things too! Everyone had their own space/room and we were actually sad to be leaving at the end of our week.

Great place for a family vacation. Plenty of space, activities and close to pools and beach access. Big Chill next door has kid friendly events.

4th of July stay

We had a great week at this beautiful home. It is literally a few steps away from The Big Chill but the live music and noise was never a problem. We have no complaints and would book again in the future!

Perfect Florida Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Florida! The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the pool and outdoor space—great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location!

This home exceeded our expectations! Amanda was responsive and communicated everything flawlessly. The home is very well kept and in a great location. The golf cart was awesome to use to go to and from the pools and down the road to the Dear Lake state park beach. How Sweet it is 30A was amazing!

This is the perfect house for two families to vacation together. The location is great...just being able to walk to The Hub made for easy stay of food and drinks.

Great place to stay!

Great house and great location! Really enjoyed our stay here and loved how close it was to what we wanted to do. The only complaint I have is that the downstairs master bedroom was extremely loud - you can hear every movement from the floor above, even just walking would be loud enough to wake us up. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others but be sure anyone who is a light sleeper is sleeping upstairs!

Perfect 30A Beach House in a Prime Location!We stayed at "How Sweet It Is on 30A" and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable — right next to The Big Chill, which made it easy to grab a quick meal, a drink, or just hang out after a beach day. We were a little concerned about noise, but it was surprisingly quiet, even with a band playing one night. You’re close to everything — Alys Beach, Rosemary, Seaside — all just a quick ride away.The home itself is gorgeous. Classic upscale 30A beach style, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The layout is perfect — 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and spacious common areas that made it easy for our family to relax together. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were big, and every bedroom had its own porch (the upstairs King room has the best one!). The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved enjoying coffee each morning with the provided creamer and sweeteners.The 6-seat golf cart was a huge plus. We used it more than our cars!Amanda, the host, was fantastic — super responsive and easy to work with. Truly a 5-star host.“How Sweet It Is on 30A” is the perfect beach getaway for families. We’ll be back!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time at How Sweet It Is! We had 8 people in the home and had plenty of space to spread out. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and very cozy. Having the golf cart to use was so convenient and fun to cart around in. Parking is tough at the beaches, but we got lucky both times we went and found a space for the cart at both beaches we tried. I loved the many porches and patios and spent time out there in the mornings and evenings. Being across from the Big Chill was really convenient for a quick dinner with no wait. Only 15 minutes from Seaside so we easily popped over for dinner there a couple times. Amanda was great to converse with and answered my questions quickly prior to our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

TN Girls Trip 2024

The house, the location, the host, all amazing! The house was super clean, decorating beautifully and fit our needs as a group of 6 women perfectly! I was super impressed with all the charging accessories in all the bedrooms. Nice touch! Located next the the Big Chill, we had access to shopping, eateries and cold beverages. The golf cart made traveling back and forth to the beach easy and the ride was enjoyable. Lastly, Amanda was an amazing hostess. Always responded within minutes when I asked a question. She was super generous working with us on arrival and departure times due to flights. I would most definitely recommend How Sweet it Is to anyone visiting this area!

Spring Break 2023

Love this house & location! We are used to beach front property; however this was a last minute vacation for us! Beaches were beautiful as always! We rented a very nice pontoon boat for less than $300 bucks and went to shell island! It was amazing! Very quite and lots of whole sand dollars! We enjoyed the Hub/Chill; it’s always a FAV of ours; just have never stayed in the neighborhood where it is located! Loved It! It was a brisk spring break but we were never board! Shopping & eating!!! I recommend Hurricane Oyster Bar in Grayton … best food we had all week! Definitely enjoyed the live music at the Florida Fish house as well & as always… all the donuts!!!

Amazing home!

This home was beyond our expectations. Usually pictures are never as good as the real thing well, this was actually better than the pictures! We did a lot of cooking in the gorgeous kitchen that had everything we needed. I had groceries delivered from Publix which I highly recommend. The crib was perfect for our 13 month old and the umbrella stroller was so convenient. Our boys loved having the big rooms to themselves and personal TVs. Pool was great and the hub was fun but never kept us up. We had ice cream every night from Mr Freeze . Golf cart super handy as well. Especially for the beach. We found that the best beach was Santa Clara access. The main reason was the long walk to the beach at deer park lake. The golf cart is super easy to get to Santa Clara and since parking is slim, having the golf cart you can squeeze into smaller spaces. I suggest you get there early morning. We also loved that they have chairs and unbrellas at this beach. We took advantage because it was less for us to carry with the baby. We will definitely rebook next year with “how sweet it is”!

Beautiful Beach Home

Just WOW 🤩 I will say the pictures online do not due this beautiful beach home justice. First I would like to thank Amanda for being kind and caring and over the top of everything with and great communication. This home was immaculate, beautiful and was stocked with the essentials. Loved all the extra details in the home such as a sound machines and chargers. Having six passenger golf cart is very convenient when you want to just put around. Be careful and read all sign for golf carts so you don’t get a ticket lol 😂 like we did. Having the hub/big chill was amazing. Variety of food selection and awesome entertainment every night for kids and adults. The public beach is about 3 miles away from the home so be prepared to take the golf cart or vehicles. During our stay our front door lock stopped working, I contacted Amanda and she got on the issue immediately. It was very comforting knowing that she was very quick with her responses and wanted to make sure that everything was good on our end. I told her we understand things happen. I really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom and shower so no one had to share. This beautiful beach home is amazing. I cannot wait to return and make more memories at this home. Beautiful Home & Awesome Comminication

This home is stunning! Beautiful decor and wonderful amenities! We stayed with our two young adult sons and their girlfriends. Each girl had her own bed/bath suite. We were able to spread out and not be on top of one anther.. The owner went out of her way to communicate with us and accommodate us. We were out of trash bags and she had some delivered with cookies within an hour. The ONLY con was only one close beach access point was open during our stay….they were still doing construction on Deer Lake. The Big Chill behind the house was a convenient food option and not too loud. However, The Big Chill comes with a lot of traffic at lunch and in the evening…a golf cart parked in from of our driveway, blocking it. The security team did a great job resolving the situation quickly. We will recommend this home to friends! Thank you!
