Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Within walking distance to Frontier Park. Several outdoor patio options. A unique "triangle" shaped home offering 2 private suites (one up and one down) with a common living area in the middle. Clean, comfortable home with Central Air. This home offers several outdoor living spaces with a large, covered front porch, as well as several decks and patios. The upstairs suite offers a large master bath with separate tub and shower as well as a walk in closet. The downstairs suite offers an attached bath with extra deep tub/shower combo and a walk in closet. The downstairs also offers a second room that can be used for an office, a craft room, or another sleeping area. Laundry is available onsite. This is truly a one of a kind home with a great north location near Frontier Park, Frontier Mall, Airport Golf course, downtown area, and the hospital.

Very nice

This house was perfect for us. Our adult children stayed downstairs and we stayed on the top floor. We all had plenty of privacy. Very clean and furniture was comfortable. Had a great weekend.

Family Retreat

It was perfect! My husband and I booked this trip for our family. Our children are spread out all over the country and we were all together for the first time in a long time. House was super clean and provided space for everyone and privacy if you needed that. We played games, took turns cooking and spent time at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Would definitely stay there again. And is close to everything!

These guests called shortly after they checked in concerned that there were a couple of moths in the house. My dad, who owns the property and lives near it, immediately (within 5 minutes) went over to address their concerns. Moths are unfortunately just something we deal with in Cheyenne for a few weeks every spring/summer. What Duane did not mention in his review is that they liked the pillows so much they called and asked to buy them. They liked the mattress so much that they text me to ask exactly what is was and where it was purchased. They also didn’t mention that they left their camera battery and charger when they left and I reached out to them to see if it was theirs and mailed it back to them at my expense.
