This well-appointed completely remodeled 1936 home is located at the historic district of Moore Haven Heights. Moore Haven Heights was established in 1927 as a neighborhood of custom- built homes by the North Hills Corporation and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. This brick home retains its high level of original integrity with original wood flooring, built-in cabinets and mirrors in bedroom one, coal shoot, coal cellar, laundry sink, upper kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink, mailbox and many more. The beautiful sightline from the living room to the kitchen draws you in to each room.

Everything about this house was wonderful. We loved the neighbourhood - very beautiful homes with lots of trees. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners have not missed one detail to making this home an ideal spot for an extended stay. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing hidden gem in Cheyenne! House was spotless, the perfect size for 3 adult couples and our two young children, and communication with the owners was as simple as could be. Will absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

Nice home and close to the capitol.

This is our second stay. We come to Cheyenne for an annual event. We enjoy the peace and quiet of the home and neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the home is equipped with everything we need.

Perfect Home

Beautiful property. Very well appointed! So many interesting and neat facts about this house in the information binder that’s provided. Communication with the property owners was top-notch. They were very attentive and always quick to reply. We didn’t have any issues while we stayed there.

Wonderful!

Thank you for the lovely stay. The house had everything we needed and provided a place for our family to spend time together while in town. Thank you so much for looking out for us before we arrived and during out stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful clean home

Situated in the historic Avenues section of Cheyenne, one of the best features is the local architecture. The home itself is a beautifully remodeled ranch, professionally decorated with plenty of room to relax. Amy was proactive in reaching out to us to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Excellent Condition, Great Location

Pictures really represent the property well! It’s been gorgeously remodeled and a fantastic location just blocks away from CFD and the capital. Big open living spaces and kitchen that were very comfortable. Easy check-in/checkout process! Highly recommend!!

Frontier Days

Great location, especially if your going to the Frontier Days events. The location is convenient to downtown Cheyenne a great park walking distance from the house. The house is great, very clean well appointed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will stay there again if we are back in Cheyenne.

Jeff and I (Amy) grew up in Indiana, married and then moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Jeff was in the Air Force and stationed at F.E. Warren AFB. Our daughter was even born on the base so Cheyenne holds a special place in our hearts. We now live in Texas and since our children are all grown, we have now started the next chapter of our lives.

We have been member/owners on VRBO for over ten years with different properties we own. One home is located on Kauai in Poipu and the other is located Flagstaff, Arizona.

We have always loved the Historic Avenues and when this home came up for sale, we fell in love with it. It's location to downtown is ideal and having the little park across the street is wonderful.
