It comprises a lovely 74 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 600 m². Wi-Fi is available. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 74 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower)

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- An infinity pool, heated and private, 40 m² with an electric roller shutter, open from April 1st to September 30th
