In the centre 600 m from the centre of Argelès-Plage, 24 km from the centre of Perpignan, in a central position, 250 m from the sea. For shared use: property with lawn, swimming pool fenced (8 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 19.Sep.). Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, bus stop "Rond-point des évadés" 3 km, sandy beach 250 m.
