Welcome to LAKE MAGIC, our beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA home situated on Val Vista Lakes in family friendly Gilbert. In addition to exquisite lakefront and sunset views, the backyard paradise has a covered patio, heated pool, spa, putting green, gas grill, gas firepit and dock. The salt water pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. The lake is stocked for catch and release fishing; kayaks and non-motor boats are permitted. There are 2 kayaks with paddles and pfd's and 2 fishing poles with basic tackle for guests to use. The lakes are most popular for fishing Common carp, Largemouth bass and Channel catfish.

The floor plan is open and features large windows to maximize natural light. Appealing gathering areas include the great room, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and game room with pool, video and table games, shuffleboard, darts and TV viewing. The great room has a TV, ice hockey game and views of the backyard oasis with heated pool, spa and lake. The great room fireplace is non-functional. Mix and pour drinks at the bar with wine fridge adjacent to the great room.

The well stocked modern kitchen has both island and table seating and a built-in pantry. Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet roast. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

~ MAGICAL NIGHTS ~
The bedroom floor plan is split. Four bedrooms are upstairs and all have TVs and ceiling fans. A hall separates the primary suite from the other 3 bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, sitting area, balcony, walk-in closet and en suite bath with dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Sunset and lake views from the balcony are stellar!

Bedrooms 2 and 4 have king beds; Bedroom 3 has queen and queen Murphy beds plus a desk for your remote work. Bathroom 2 is upstairs and has a tub-shower combo and dual vanity sinks. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share Bathroom 2. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.

On the ground floor is a darkened theater with a large screen and queen bed. The theater functions as Bedroom 5 as needed. Guests can watch their favorite sports and series on the large screen. Bathroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a tub-shower combo.

A well stocked laundry room with washer, dryer and detergent makes laundry chores easy. There is one garage parking space and 3 driveway spaces for your vehicles. Four bikes are available for guests who love to pedal.

The community has playground facilities and sport courts/fields. In the surrounding area and Gilbert Heritage District there are diverse casual and fine dining eateries, sports bars, shopping malls and theaters.

The neighborhood is close to many golf courses and hiking and biking trails. Tonto National Forest, the Superstition Mountains, Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Veteran's Oasis Park and Chicago Cubs spring training are a short drive. The modern highway system allows easy access to Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Usery Mountain Regional Park and many appealing attractions.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 12 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twelve (12).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are smart TVs for streaming your personal apps and not cable or satellite serviced.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental homes have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

The community pool and community center are only accessible for stays of 30 days or more.
